With Rosie's guidance I managed to do balances I had previously really struggled with and learnt some new ones to work on and build up to. Attending Rosie's group classes and the work-shop has genuinely reignited my enjoyment and passion for yoga again! Thank you! ❤️

L. A.Rosie is a fantastic yoga teacher! She always tries to challenge ourselves in a way that is healthy and very motivating. She pays attention to details and she gives very good cues & guidance overall! Since I started my 1-2-1 session with her, I noticed a big difference in my practice overall. I feel more confident, with more body awareness, even if we are doing this via Zoom. The fact that someone with such good experience as her is watching and guiding you, it takes your practice to a whole new level! I definitely and highly recommend Rosie because thanks to her I am not only slowly letting my fear of inversions go , but also improving my inversions, kick-ups and overall practice. L. S.Rosie’s classes are fun and fab. Her knowledge of yoga really shines through in her teaching. I loved her classes so much I am currently taking one to one classes, and am improving in a way I didn’t think possible. Rosie has a way of braking down challenging poses and making them accessible. Although Rosie teaches pretty advanced poses, she also gives variations to make asanas accessible for all levels of yoga. Give her a go, you won’t regret it…..😊🧘🏻♀️🙏

T. S.Shoulder Workshop with Rosie
The workshop was nicely set out on entrance, all equipment was provided, used my own yoga mat. Rosie welcomed everyone with a smile and explained what to expect during the workshop.
I really enjoyed the different options she gave on each pose, I have never tried some of the them before. The best part was holding a position for 4 minutes and relaxing into the pose, I have never done this before. I normally hold for a minute or two.
I will be adding some of these poses to my warm ups before working out and cool downs.
Thank you for a wonderful experience and the gift (josh sticks) smells amazing.
S. D.Rosie has me hooked. I never new that yoga could you make feel so strong and relaxed at the same time.
It's taken me a couple of months of 121 sessions with Rosie to reep the benefits and learn flows but it's the best investment in myself I've ever made. My core is the strongest its ever been and that's post hysterectomy.

Nothing got me out of bed at 6am (except my kids) but going to one of Rosie's Yoga classes has me happily getting up at 6 and jumping into my car.
Her classes are gentle and provide many variations of different moves and poses making it suitable for all abilities.I was, and still am, a complete novice, yet have started to notice differences in my every day life movement.
She has a very calming effect on you, which is what you need when you've got two boys driving you round the bend at home.
Every week I find myself looking forward to my Yoga classes and I can't wait to carry on my Yoga journey with Rosie.
