Bea has treated me for back related problems for many years and I cannot praise her skills and professional services too highly. I would recommend her without question. I have also very much enjoyed joining her Pilates and Yoga classes where Bea is able to demonstrate what an accomplished teacher she is to all taking part, whatever their level of experience. I first joined her actual face to face classes , but during the pandemic Bea switched to an on line model which was also a great success for me and I have no doubt her other clients.

I was a complete beginner when I started Pilates with Bea and I have learnt and improved so much over the last two years thanks to Bea's thorough and professional approach to her teaching. My core feels so much stronger and I no longer experience the lower back pain that is common for tall people. Bea is friendly, welcoming and ensures each class is fun and varied. I would also highly recommend her sports massage.

Bea is a wonderful Pilates teacher; her knowledge and experience are clearly very good, she understands her pupils' individual bodies perfectly, and adjusts all the exercises to make them most effective for each person. I'm amazed she knows more about my body than I do myself! I have noticed a significant improvement in my core strength since joining her classes a year ago. She is also a lovely fun person which makes classes very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I have taken Bea's pilates classes both in studio and online via Zoom. Both have been fantastic. It's been so great to continue with pilates over the course of this difficult year in way that is safe but still effective. The classes are varied so target lots of different muscles, and Bea always provides options on each exercise so that you can tailor to your own ability. I highly recommend her classes.

I took up Pilates after having a bad back, having never done this before I enjoyed her classes so much I ended up going on a pilates retreat! Bea is a fantastic teacher for both beginners + those who have been doing it a while - even my mother has got involved, taking part in Chair pilates for those slightly more mature in stature!
Not only did the pilates classes sort out my back, via my core, Bea also does amazing massages to rectify any other aches + pains that I may get from too much time in an office chair.

Since developing some lower back pain I had been advised to build up my core strength. Bea's classes have proved ideal and have now become an enjoyable and much anticipated weekly event (nowadays on Zoom classes). She takes a personal interest in each of us and it is obvious she knows her subject inside out. Highly recommended.

If you in need of a massage, Bea is one of the best I have experienced when I have had a sports injury. Her knowledge and decades of experience is superior to many. Or if you just want a relaxing hot stone massage, she is your go to person. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

I do zoom Pilates with Bea a few times a week .it is a full workout and I find it strengthens my core and my muscles which really helps me in my job.bea offers a varied programme which is comprehensive and works all areas from the shoulders to the buttocks and thighs. I feel great after the session eg shoulder muscles are looser and my core is stronger and I use my core instead of my back muscles whilst manual handling in day to day housework and my job.i have also had massages from Bea to treat problem areas or just as a treat as she is a skilled masseuse .i thoroughly recommend Bea as either a Pilates instructor or a masseuse .

Bea is by far the best sports/massage therapist that i have experienced. Her knowledge of muscles is excellent, any issues that i have had with my muscles she has been able to treat effectively.

We brought Bea into our Company as an incentive to promote office wellbeing, and she has since been visiting regularly for several months. She would hold private consultations, and provide seated holistic massages and advice for desk based staff as well as our labour teams. Some members were cynical at first, but after a couple of sessions with Bea they came round to really appreciate and benefit from her extensive knowledge. She knew exactly what to prescribe to help each individual staff member with a variety of issues and ongoing pains, and they were always eagerly asking when the next wellbeing day was.
Myself particularly have pain I've had in my lower back and neck for a while following injuries. She gave me easy to perform exercises to ease the strain at my desk, and tips to remind me to take breaks and flex and mobilise throughout the day. We can't thank her enough.
Unfortunately due to covid we've had to put a hold on her visits, but we all all looking forward to welcoming back soon.
