Shweta is a fabulous yoga and Pilates guru! Her instructions are always encouraging and guiding to push me to my limits. She demonstrates the exercises such that we have a clear idea of what needs to be done.
I have improved a lot by attending her classes both in terms of my flexibility, core strength and clamming of the mind. I have thoroughly enjoyed her sessions and would highly recommend her!

Shweta is a great yoga and Pilates teacher, with a very calm and soothing presence. Her half day yoga workshops are really informative and helps to deepen the understanding and practice of yoga. She has a great understanding of you can/can’t do if you have an injury and always offers options to make sure everyone in her classes gets the most out of the experience. Really enjoy it!

These Pilates classes are the highlight of my week, a calm, friendly, fun and welcoming atmosphere with an extremely professional instructor. Shweta is always careful to watch and correct any mistakes in a supportive and non critical way. My back problems are a thing of the past. I can’t recommend these Pilates classes highly enough. Come along and give them a try, you won’t regret it

I practice Yoga and Pilates several times a week with Shweta and she is one of the most experienced, professional yoga teachers I have met. She has a very calming, soothing voice, gives plenty of instructions and always options for those who can't do a certain movement or who have an injury. Her classes are always for all abilities. My husband and I have just done a Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra workshop with her and it was fabulous. We both throughly enjoyed it and came out feeling very relaxed and grounded. I would highly recommend anyone to join her classes.

I (Rani) have been attending Shweta's weekly yoga classes for over a year now. She is an excellent teacher who is very knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. This is shown in the way she guides through the physical and spiritual aspects which makes her classes enjoyable. No two weeks are the same and she always makes sure there are options to cover a full range of abilities with perfect blend of strength, stretch and relaxation. I see a massive improvement in my core strength and flexibility.
I recently attended one of Shweta’s Yoga Workshops - great introduction and practice of yoga covering breathwork, meditation etc. My favourite part was the super relaxing finish at the end - "Yoga Nidra". Shweta’s calming voice and thoughtful guidance really takes it to another level. I left the 3 hours workshop feeling noticeably more grounded and relaxed than when I began.
I highly recommend Shweta’s classes and workshops.

Shweta is a wonderful yoga and Pilates teacher. Her classes are good for all levels from beginner to more advanced, she encourages that you listen to your own body and week by week I can feel improvement in my strength, balance and focus. Shweta classes have helped me finder a deeper connection with my yoga practice, I’ve been to a lot of different teachers in my life but this beautiful lady is my guru 🙏🏻.
I recently went to one of her workshops which I highly recommend if you want to explore Yoga more fully, exploring meditation and yoga nidra deep relaxation.

Really enjoyed the yoga nidra class Shweta lead for yoga awareness week. She aims the class at everyone and takes into account all abilities. Shweta is a yoga expert and explains each area of practice and it's benefits. A regular class option would be great.

Thank you for the yin yoga and yoga nidra workshop. I really enjoyed practicing the yin yoga style of holding asanas for a longer period of time than is practiced in other forms of yoga. I felt so wonderfully stretched and relaxed by the end. Please arrange other workshops like this.

I entered the workshop with a head full of everyday irritants and left 2.5 hours later feeling free, clear and energised. Throughout the yin yoga/yoga workshop, all you are aware of, is the sound of Shweta’s calm voice and your own breathing. My body had the luxury of relaxing gently into every position Shweta guided us into…..and I felt so calm and light at the end.

Before I met her, I was nervous about yoga. That all changed, once I started her classes. I also attended a workshop which she organised which was brilliant. She makes you feel at ease.

Shweta is an amazing teacher. I do Yoga and find her classes just right for mixed abilities which can be so hard to deliver but Shweta makes it seemless. Plus the level of knowledge about the history of Yoga (and there is a lot of history) is something that I love and Shweta brings that to life. She also has the most calming voice ever you really must try her Yoga Nidra sessions.

This 3 hour yoga workshop was done in a lovely airy room with lots of space. It was also well attended by yogi lovers. Shweta took us through the origins of yoga referencing the Bhagavad-Gita and the ancient practice of yoga, there followed various asanas, prayanama and meditation, culminating in a relaxing and grounding experience. Sweta is very knowledgeable and passionate about yoga and her yogis ; this is clearly shown in the way she connects with everyone in the room by their name and their individual abilities. Thank you too Shweta for the refreshing herbal tea and cardamon cake!

I have been attending Shweta's yoga classes for several years now and cannot recommend her enough, she has such a lovely, calm nature, just the sound of her voice brings me back to earth after a busy day at work! She welcomes newcomers to her classes with ease and encourages young and old alike. This year has had its challenges with the inability to attend classes in person but Shweta very quickly got to grips with technology and was able to offer her usual timetable online and this has worked really well.
When the opportunity arises, I would definitely recommend Shweta's yoga Nidra session - total relaxation and absolute bliss :)
If you're thinking of giving yoga a go ... don't hesitate, you won't regret it!

Shweta's Yoga classes have been brilliant for me and Shirley. Before we started I woke up every day with lower back pain. Today I am pain free, and feeling so much more flexible and healthy. It has been really beneficial in my rock climbing too. Shirley has gained loads of flexibility and feeling much more healthy. Each session is inclusive and many options are given during the lessons. So glad Shweta managed to move to online during the lock downs and restrictions! Just awesome for our physical and mental health.

I would not be doing yoga for 3-5 times a week if it weren't for Shweta. She is the most patient and knowledgeable teacher I have encountered so far! Even now when all we can do is Online classes (I actually prefer online - sometimes driving back home after the relaxation is a struggle), she manages to keep her classes energising and relaxing at the same time!
I felt at ease at her class both when I was the absolute beginner who was doubtful about yoga and now when I have been doing it for almost a year.

I can not recommend Shweta highly enough. Her Yoga feels completely authentic and I find it almost a spiritual experience during relaxation at the end of the session. The sessions flow beautifully and she has a wonderfuI deep soft voice which adds to the experience. I have also just taken my first pilates class which was also excellent. As a fitness enthusiast I though I might be a little bored, but far from it. Yoga with Shweta is one of the main highlights of my week!

I've been attending Shweta's pilates class for over a year now once a week. I really like her teaching style - no two weeks are the same, and she always gives a few options for each exercise so that if you're not up for something massively challenging, you can choose something gentler. I see a massive improvement in my core strength - for example, I can easily stand still on one foot now with my other leg raised, instead of wobbling all over the place, and I also recently managed a full plank (personal best ;) ). As I work in IT, and have hit middle age, my back was starting to give me quite a bit of trouble. Shweta's classes have hugely helped me, especially as lockdown has meant I'm not working as ergonomically as I would be at work.

A great class. Shweta offers a class for beginners or advanced, advising different levels of stretches and poses throughout the class. She is always happy to adapt, advise and correct to make sure posture is safe. The class is open to one and all and is attended by people with a range of ages and techniques, which makes it refreshing, comfortable and welcoming.

Shweta has been teaching me yoga and pilates for the last year and it's been amazing! Not only have I become more flexible and have less back ache but I feel great from a mental perspective, becoming more mindful and learning to stop and relax in this fast world. The only reason I've had to temporarily stop is because I'm having twins, but I'll be back next year. During my pregnancy, Shweta undertook training on how to teach yoga/pilates for pregnant women and advised me on what alternative movements I could do so I could still keep attending and prepare for birth - she has been amazing and would highly recommend her!
