, I'm new to the area and only recently discovered this swimming pool. We went to an adult swimming session at 9 p.m. and the lights were dimmed so made for a really nice place to swim. The water is warm at the most swimming pools that has somebody who feels the cold I really enjoyed this

Really warm pool, splash sessions are great for kids with an inflatable one end and plenty of floats/noodles/balls in the other end. It's the only pool in Worcester that my kids don't turn blue in within half an hour!

32 degs pool. Fun swim. Dont bank on a serious swim with any length actions. Ps. Ladies. Pls wear a hat. Swimming lessons for children are phenomenal. Avoid Splash sessions. Supervision is not great and potential for accidents very high.

Pool looks great after a recent refurb, nice tiling and paintwork throughout, nicely refreshed. Improved ventilation, no longer is it all steamy in the pool area with a build up of chlorinated air, which really used to sting our eyes which is so much better. Visited during covid restrictions and felt super safe, limit of 30 in the pool and staggered arrival and departure times every 10 minutes so pool not crowded, plenty of space to social distance, and only one family in the changing rooms at a time. Really good experience and highly recommended, well done guys!

Been coming here occasionally since I was a kid. Most recent visit was to a childs birthday party, my son loved it as did all the other kids. It's quite a small venue but does the job. Water is warm which is pretty rare to come across any more. Great place, only issue I had was the vending machine stole £3.00 in total and the staff were unable to return it for some reason and got quite irate that I asked for help

Best pool for miles. Poorly managed timetable. Poorly managed customer communication. Staff are very, very quiet but helpful and go about their bits. Changing rooms in dire need of modernisation. Two cubicles in mens that are too small and only one locks. As a pool though, fantastic. Clean, warm and decent depth. Child price great £1.20. Adult price reasonable at £4.70. Will likely sign up to monthly plan.

Lovely warm pool with a great set up for reopening. You book a time (10 minute) intervals and it means the pool is never too full and the changing area is quiet too.

Heated swimming pool, with basic facilities. Plenty of parking. Nice and friendly staff. I think it's run as a not for profit / charity. I've been there every Saturday morning for the last 5 or 6 years taking my kids for lessons and my only problem is the other parents hogging the fairly limited seating in the spectators area. Thankfully their new coffee machine does a decent Americano 😁

Been going to the adults only swimming for a couple of months. The staff are friendly they adear to covid restrictions to keep us all safe . There is parking on site and you can book your session on line to avoid disappointment.

Pool is not the largest you will find. It has wide steps into the shallow end, ideal for kids. Water is warm. Serious swimmers will feel restricted. Easy, convenient location with large car park.

Tucked away at the back of an industrial estate is not the ideal location for a public swimming pool, however it's seclusion makes it sweeter for those wanting quieter, family swim time. The standard 25x10 metre format is a good size for those working on school swimming badges. The pool is gently sloped from a modest 3-foot shallow end to a respectable 6-foot deep end with a large set of steps allowing for easy access and safety zone for non-confident bathers. The biggest plus for this pool is the temperature. Last week, during an insane hot spell the pool heating was off so the water offered a cooling safe haven from the oppressive external heat. However this facility really shines during the more prevalent rainy and cold spells we endure. This facility is an eco-pool, that is to say, heated by waste matter burning, not electricity, gas or oil. This provides a sumptuous bath-like temperature for most of the year which is perfect for babies and toddlers....and tired middle aged parents! If I had to find fault with this facility it would be the changing rooms, which are a little tired and need reorganising... obviously I can only speak from the male perspective, as I make a habit of not frequenting the ladies locker room! On the whole, a pretty good place to trick the children into some exercise for a couple of hours.

Lovely warm pool could do with a little TLC everywhere! Pool looking old & not one working hairdryer in the female changing room! Pool staff look throughly miserable too!!!! That said the kids seemed to enjoy it

I took my grand daughter aged almost 2 years, my grandson aged 4 and a half years and his mother. The pool was in 2 halves. One having a large inflatable obstacle course with slide at end. The other half just for playing. Impossible to swim as it was busy. Although a fab idea for an hour for children to splash around, I feel the inflatable obstacle course was geared up more for older children; well children older than mine as my older grand child tried it and my daughter, who was not allowed to accompany him, said that he was wobbling all over the place as the older children were naturally too boisterous for him to get his balance. So my daughter pulled him back into the other half of the pool where we just played in 'pockets'of space. Fab obstacle/slide for older children especially on a wet and dreary Saturday afternoon (parents can sit and watch from spectators gallery) but not for very young children. Small area to splash around in.

The warm water makes this an ideal pool for all ages to learn to swim. It is also available for hire for private parties. The Citizens pool is very popular and has reasonable charges

I've visited this pool several times for birthday parties, the staff are always friendly, and happy to help assist in any way possible, the pool its self is clean, recently refurbished, parties here are always fun with their giant inflatable that takes pride of place in the pool, and side room that you can use for eating and party games after.

Really warm water almost makes up for the fact that the pool and changing rooms are in desperate need of a face-lift. If you don't mind a shabby old pool and want to feel like you're swimming in a bath then this is the place for you.
