We absolutely loved attending Dani’s couple’s positions for birth workshop. Covid and a rocky road to pregnancy meant that my partner has had to miss out on a lot of experiences, so it meant so much to us to be able to take part in a workshop together.
I attend Dani’s weekly pregnancy yoga classes and have found them to be so encouraging and supportive, especially Dani herself! It was wonderful to be able to show my partner the various positions we’ve been learning about in class with plenty of giggles and not taking everything too seriously. We have a brilliant toolkit to draw on now and it’s been so comforting using the massage and belly support positions together. Plus my partner falling asleep and snoring during savasana will be an excellent oxytocin-inducing memory to draw on in labour!
It was also great to have the chance to chat to other couples over delicious tea and cakes! Thank you, Dani!
Partner perspective:
I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop, so many things are geared towards just mum and being able to take part in a workshop and prepare for the next steps together was brilliant. Dani’s explanations of the various breathing techniques and positions were very clear and it was obvious that there’s a well of knowledge behind it all. Being able to support my wife in the latter stages of the pregnancy with the belly support positions has allowed me to feel more connected with this pregnancy in a way that I may have otherwise missed. Sorry I fell asleep- I was just too relaxed!

Dani’s birthing class for parents to be was brilliant. Having attended Dani’s prenatal yoga classes, I have already learnt lots about breathing techniques and yoga poses for use in pregnancy and labour. This couples workshop was a great opportunity for my partner to learn the techniques and how he can be helpful during pregnancy and labour. He in particular loved the class, and keeps talking about the breathing techniques and offering to help with relieving muscle tension now he’s got the tools! Would strongly recommend this class to others. By involving partners more in preparing for birth, I think this has the potential to relieve anxiety for mums-to-be.

Me and my partner loved the 4 hour birth prep workshop! It was great to attend something together in a beautiful setting amongst other lovely couples and of course the amazing yoga teacher. It was a really informative and relaxing session, with a lovely touch of tea and cake part way through. I would 100% recommend it to others who want to learn about how they can work together during birth and how to relax before baby comes. Thanks so much for the lovely relaxing evening Yogabellies!

I've been going to YogaBellies in Worcester for about a year now and it is one of my favourite times of the week. Dani is a fantastic teacher and I always leave her classes feeling so relaxed and in good spirits. I have also taken part in a few of her full moon outdoor yoga classes as well which I absolutely love! I highly recommend these classes to anyone!

Danii is an absolutely fantastic yoga teacher (and friend). I started pregnancy yoga when pregnant with my second child! After a fairly traumatic labour with my first which resulted in 3rd degree tear, I wanted more control! Danii taught me a range of birthing positions and breathing techniques to ensure I stayed calm and in control during labour this time round. My second was born within 30mins of arriving at the hospital and I was able to labour in the position I wanted, taking advantage of breathing techniques (in between puffs of gas and air) and was back home to my eldest by dinner time. I now do mum and baby yoga, which is fantastic as i get to interact with other new mums with babies of a similar age to mine.
Honestly I can’t recommend Danii enough! She is so passionate about what she does!

From pregnancy yoga, to our first baby massage class at 3 weeks old, to mum & baby yoga, our time with Dani at YogaBellies has been really special. Dani has created a safe, supportive network for new mums, a place where how you are is just as important as the baby. A friendly face and understanding ear is just want you need when you're surviving on minimal sleep and it's all getting a bit much! The pregnancy yoga was fab as it gave me time to focus on myself and connect with bump, and gave helpful examples of movement and positions which were beneficial during labour.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dani's classes to expectant and new mums.
Thank you for being on this journey with us Dani. Namaste x

Fantastic pregnancy yoga class, so good I booked to go twice a week.
A great way to fit in much needed me-time, meet other expectant mums, share and hear pregnancy stories, experiences and moans. Also prepare for Labour with lots of tips shared. No class is the same, I would highly recommend to any expectant mum.

I’ve been lucky enough to attend pregnancy, mum and baby, luna and now pregnancy classes again.
These classes - virtually or otherwise as so much more than yoga classes. It’s the opportunity to meet like minded people, a haven for yourself to relax and build on your strength.
Dani is such a brilliant instructor - with so much knowledge about each stage the classes are aimed at.
It feels like you are being taught by a friend!
The pregnancy classes work beautifully with Hypnobirthing and give you breathing techniques to use during birth and beyond.
The Mum and Baby classes are such a lovely opportunity to bond with your baby as well as learning some top tips on helping with colic or easing a baby with trapped wind.
The luna yoga classes are just a lovely class to have for yourself. So relaxing.
If you are considering booking in for a class - just go for it - you won’t regret joining such a fab community!

Dani’s classes are an ideal way to spend time with your little one at the same time as having some “me time.” The mum and baby yoga classes have helped me to build up my my own strength after having my baby and included him too, so I didn’t feel guilty for having to leave him while I exercised. Everyone is so friendly and no-one is worried if you stop to feed or change your baby or if they cry through the session. Thank you!

These classes are completely brilliant. Perfect balance of strengthening yoga and relaxation. Dani is a fantastic instructor and always gives great advice and options for each yoga pose. She is caring and generous. I highly recommend to all women, it’s such a lovely class.

Would highly recommend! This yoga class is the whole package! Engaging and informative teacher, relaxing & safe setting and a supportive group! The yoga has helped me to sleep better and have a good stretch whilst learning more about my pregnancy body x
