Our yoga session with Yana was something we would never expect. Yana is very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She is very focused on the most important aspects of yoga like breathing, meditation and chakras. We felt really relaxed and full of calmness. Yoga with Yana covers body and mind wellbeing. Highly recommended
I highly recommend Yana, she is so knowledgeable and passionate about Yoga practices and mindfulness. She is so lovely and kind and I always feel comfortable during our yoga sessions and I have learnt so much from Yana. I feel calm, relaxed and positive both during and after our sessions and I am really feeling the benefit of practising yoga, thanks to Yana!
I love my private weekly classes with Yana, it's the highlight of the week. She's very professional and knowledgeable about yoga, meditation and breath work. Before our first session we had a talk and discussed what goals I want to achieve. I already feel a lot of differences in my own practice and have gained a better control of my own body. Healthy diet is another area of her expertise and she's always happy to answer my questions. If you're looking for an inspiring teacher you must see Yana.
Sometimes you meet people who have a real impact on your life and Yana is one of them. I found Yana on a google search as I was looking to have 1-2-1 yoga instruction following a prolonged weight loss, fitness and health life style change. Whilst this had been a success I knew that I needed more and yoga was a natural progression. Yana always delivers a unique, positive yoga session which dramatically improves your physical and mental state. Each session is tailored to improve both body and mind and Yana has helped me greatly with creating the best exercise regime to support injuries I sustained during other PT activities. Outside of yoga Yana is also a skilled dietician and often provides great advice on supporting a creative and diverse healthy lifestyle. I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Yana! James
My life goals changed a lot since I met Yana. I'm grateful I have chosen her because her life philosophy is so inspiring. Yana showed me how to adopt positive attitude and feel better within myself. I find her style of teaching very seamless, patient and calm. I'm new to yoga and I felt a bit intimidated by having to go to a studio class. Luckily, Yana offers private sessions which are perfect for my needs and busy lifestyle. Yana is very attentive and her teaching skills are strong. I already lost some weight with Yana's help and nutrition advice and feeling much flexible and comfortable in my body. I highly recommend her.
I have been mastering yoga classes recently and at the fast pace of our life, it is not always possible to find time for myself. Thanks to the master, a real professional Yana, I manage to get into the philosophy of yoga and most importantly, to have a visual result, the body really becomes more flexible, there is lightness.

I lead very busy life and it was really hard to make the time to go to yoga classes. Having someone come to the house was perfect solution. It's so different to have an instructor who focuses just on me. Yana works around restrictions I have and has gone above and beyond to tailor my workouts. I have regular sessions with Yana and I must say it feels great every time. My back, neck and shoulder are much less painful since I started doing yoga. Yana designed asanas accordingly to my needs as I sit a lot during the day. She always finds the right balance of relaxation and strengthening. I absolutely love breathing pranayamas as it helps me to cope with stress and enjoy my days at work much more!
Yana is a wonderful teacher ,gentle yet professional,with attention to detail. If you want to go a little deeper into the practice I highly recommend to start with a private session. I have been doing yoga for about 8 years now and have been taught by many different teachers, but I can confidently say that Jana is one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi, she helps you develop your practice in a way that is mindful of your body shape, flexibility and strength. She also runs amazing yoga retreats, which I would highly recommend: beautiful locations, great food, and of course, challenging but calming yoga classes where each and every student learns so much about how they can improve their practice, whether that’s just getting their breathing right, finding an easier way to get to a full plank, or perfecting a handstand.
Jana is an inspiring teacher with an immensely deep understanding of the inner workings of the body.
