Rebecca is such a wonderful, encouraging, but gentle teacher. I am very picky about which classes I attend and which teachers I spend my time with, but I attended Rebecca’s Pilates class at Yogabomb and she was just brilliant at making it feel welcoming, positive, and inclusive. This was so important to me as trying a new workout routine is intimidating, and Pilates is very challenging! She offered and demonstrated lots of options, which is so helpful in getting people to stick to new things and get those long-term results. She even made time to give us individual suggestions and feedback if we were struggling with a particular sequence. A lot of teachers say you can switch to doing something more comfortable, but Rebecca actually takes the time to show you what to do and make you feel more confident taking whatever option suits your body. I can’t wait to be back and feel that burn!

Having recently joined a local gym in the New Year I decided to try a Barre class. Having done ballet as a child I was looking for something that would give me an all round body workout. My first class was held by Rebecca and from the moment I walked into the class, she was extremely warm, friendly, professional and above all very in tune with her craft and showed a great passion for teaching.
Not only does she bring her experience to the class, but she also provides exceptional motivational support to all her students, whatever their ability and encourages everybody to work to their own level whilst encouraging them to push a little further each time. I have to say that even after one month I have seen huge difference in my strength and ability.
Her own skillset in all areas including Barre, Pilates, Yoga, strength training and also her teaching style gives her a unique in site into the ability of each person she teaches either in a class or on a one to one basis. Rebecca can tailor any training to suit an individual and the effortless way she demonstrates in class is an absolute joy.
I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough if you are looking for a fitness instructor to help you on your journey then don't hesitate contact Rebecca today.

Rebecca teaches the best barre and yoga classes. They’re not easy and you’ll be aching for days but I love that. The workouts are really tough but Rebecca is welcoming and doesn’t make you feel intimidated. She also has the best abs I’ve ever seen on anyone.

I've been to a lot of barre, yoga and pilates classes but none match up to Rebecca's! She offers great adaptations so that you can challenge yourself at the level that is right for you, and is always amazing at working around injuries and really personalising your workout. I LOVE Rebecca's Barre and Pilates classes - they're so great her classes are often fully booked with a wait list! Her classes are challenging but not intimidating - and that's what we all want, right?! To get healthy and strong in our body, mind and soul without feeling pressured or intimidated. Only recently I have discovered Rebecca’s pilates and barre classes since moving to York. The classes are well structured, challenging and different every week, and her teaching style is warm, attentive and she pushes you in the best way possible. Rebecca teaches both Yoga and Pilates at the studio I go to. For Pilates, she gives you options so you can make an exercise as hard as you'd like, challenging you and making adjustments where necessary. Her yoga flows are always so fluid and make you feel invigorated afterwards. I couldn't recommend her and her classes anymore.

I have loved attending Rebecca’s barre classes with Ossie Studio since they started 6 months ago. Even though I have attended almost every week, the classes are different each time. 5star plus. I really enjoy going to Rebeccas yoga and pilates classes. She plans and teaches interesting classes with charisma from a wide background of knowledge and expertise.
She has a great teaching voice (a key quality for me) and sense of humour and is thoughtful and observant of her students during class. Rebecca was also amazing during my post op shoulder rehab and demonstrated alternative exercises throughout class.

Becky is a phenomenal yoga instructor. She builds class flows with careful attention to warming up the muscle groups, whilst also making it dynamic and fun. She allows you to take your pace and push yourself without judgment. I always feel better after one of her classes, and I can only recommend her.
