More than just a Yoga session. Whether you’re a beginner or a yogi pro, Kathy really helps you to get the most out of the practise. Smaller classes means Kathy can personalise the session to the needs of the group and take the time to perfect positions and alignment, whilst also exploring mindfulness. An hour or 2 with Kathy is an opportunity to take a step back from the stresses and speed of life and truly dedicate time to yourself and own well-being. Kathy is fab and the group is always so friendly and supportive!

I discovered Kathy's yoga course for stress and anxiety at a time when I really needed it most. I was a little nervous about attending but as soon as I got there, I was able to leave my worries outside. I would always come out of the classes feeling calmer than I arrived. I've been attending One Mindful Yoga classes for almost a year and would highly recommend them, especially to beginners as Kathy gives such clear instruction. I always feel calmer and more relaxed with my flexibility and energy levels increased after each session. As the class numbers are fairly small, Kathy is able to give individual attention ensuring that positioning is correct and that everyone in the class is working to their own ability. It's not just an exercise class as Kathy incorporates the mindful aspect of yoga and the theories behind the practice. I've had 2 particularly stressful periods during the year and attending a class always lifts my mood and the breathing practice is very calming at any time.

Kathy has a holistic approach to her yoga teaching, she expresses a strong and flowing practice with warmth and confidence whilst inviting you to listen to your body and rest or extend your postures. When I went to my first class with Kathy a few weeks ago (beginners class) I didn't know what to expect. I had never tried yoga before and wondered it it would be too difficult for me. I was looking for something to help with the stresses of modern life. Kathy put me at ease straight away. She is lovely, kind and passionate about her work. She eases you in gently and if there's a pose that you struggle with she always gives an easier alternative so that everyone in the class can join in. What I really love is how Kathy incorporates mindfulness and relaxation into the class and always explains why we do the things that we do in class. I come out of class feeling so relaxed and recharged and looking forward to the next one.

Katherine has a lovely manner, and really made me feel comfortable whilst we were going through a variety of postures. I have been to a few yoga classes before, but have always felt slightly uncomfortable - as I am not very flexible and unfamiliar with the practice of yoga- but in this instance I felt very welcome, as it was clear she was supremely capable of making both beginners and advanced clients feel very involved in the session. Her calming voice and sunny disposition are definitely worth coming back for!

After not doing any exercise for about 20 years, I decided that it was high time to get back into it but in a way that would suit my bad knee (4 operations, cartilage removed, ligament snapped). I chose One Mindful Yoga and I'm very glad that I did!
Kathy (the yoga teacher) is a great teacher who has time to help beginners and more advanced students alike. Always bright and bubbly and very knowledgeable about the different moves and types of breathing plus how each move/breathing exercise affects and helps the body and nervous system.
I've improved tremendously since I've started and so moved up to the intermediate class. Would highly recommend One Mindful Yoga to anyone young or old.

Kathys One Mindful Yoga classes are excellent for physical and mental wellbeing. I met Katherine (teacher) for my first real life beginners vinyasa flow class, we started off tapping into our breathing and then started off flowing between postures. I can't recommend this class enough, being new to the class didn't feel daunting as I had imagined, there were quite a few of us that were new to class! I felt very welcome to the class!
