I had joined Be More Social approximately 5 months ago and it is the best thing I had ever done. I have found Rik and his team to be very professional and responsive through his live webinars where as I can ask a question and then it gets answered. Rik not only answers the question, he gives a few examples as well. I am also assigned to a Guru in which I meet 1-2 times a month and also a weekly team meeting. The downloadable materiel is not only complete but it can be re-configured to suit my needs.

Be More Social are a great company and do what their name suggests, help you to be more social on social media. I have watched Rik present at a networking event (before the Covid 19 lockdown) and watched his webinars via the FSB. His presentations are dynamic, straight forward and easy to follow.
In addition to watching the webinars I did sign up for the free 30 day membership. Again, it was very good. I had my own guru and got pointers on how to improve my pages and posts. Plus their was access to the Be More Social platform with lots of useful resources to make use of. I would have loved to have carried on, but being a fledgling company I cannot afford it at the moment. However, I will sign up properly when funds allow.

Rik and his team provided a series of webinars on social media. Whilst not all of them were appropriate to my business they were all admirably thorough and well structured. Those that were not appropriate would have been useful to other businesses but not for us and our client base. enjoyed the Be More social webinar - the one on facebook and making business digital (April 2nd I think) which I learnt more about. It was early in the 'lockdown' and we were all moving online more. It is hard to quantify what I learnt from it and have been trying to find my notes. It was well presented and although Rik must have been flustered because of technical difficulties at the start I was impressed by his presentation. Thanks Rik. Certainly I learnt about branding and subsequently bought the book 'Building a Story Brand" by Donald Miller which has been very interesting. The idea that there are goodies and baddies and telling the story as concisely as possible -getting your message across in as few words as possible - is important. The baddy at the moment is the virus.
