Chris at DM Labs has been amazing to work with! Not only did he help making the move from our incumbent agency as smooth as possible, he helped us build our own internal digital strategy and guided us along the way with advice and technical work. The move to DM Labs was one of the best decisions I have made in 2022. All of the hard work that Chris put in has allowed us to build our growth marketing in-house which is something we'd wanted for a while. The DM Lab came on board with us at The Causeway Restaurant in September 2020 when the previous website we had built didn't quite operate as we had hoped. The criteria set out to Chris and his team was to implement a workable website showcasing the menu's we produce whilst also linking into our table booking system - The fork. The caveat to this request was that we needed it ready and in a working order inside 3 weeks. Chris and his team successfully completed this request with a basic website which fulfilled all of our needs. and in the months since have successfully bulked out our page to its current version. No request from us has been received negatively and the work always completed in a timely fashion. We would 100% recommend The DM Lab.
