The team is fun to spend time with. Always there to provide advice or help on the toughest projects. I didn’t struggle integrating the team.
The manager is open for people to talk and learn how to drive performance. There’s a lot of freedom as long as we respect the fact it is a professional environment. You can work as much or as little as you want but your incentives will reflect that. There’s no seniority when it comes to promotions, it’s all based on merit and by hitting targets.

I didn’t feel like I was hitting my full potential in previous companies, always held back. The managers here had a one on one conversation with me and decided to give me an honest chance at proving my worth. I was given more responsibility as long as I was showing good results. This lead to a quick promotion.

It was not all about the targets. It’s also about learning how to work within a team while cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset. I really got to understand the selling process and get really good at training and follow-up. I think in direct marketing this is a most precious skill. The company promotes a competitive mindset and the workshops are really motivating. This really helps people understand how we can develop our careers.

You know you are appreciated in a company when everyone in the team knows your name. Whether you are new or more experienced, you are treated with respect. I didn’t feel like I was hitting my full potential in previous companies, always held back. Helped me to be promoted to a management position.

The pandemic changed our work environment considerably, but this didn’t hold back the company. All I can say so far is the training is still as intense as always. Everything moved online and while it's comfortable you can slip into a routine. Very important is to maintain an entrepreneur mindset, have clear goals, work towards your targets. A lot of the progress is based on how much effort you put in your training.

It was tough and weird to shift from a busy office environment to working from home. The team is amazing though and we came up with fun ways to stay in touch and maintain somehow our bond. Management encourages a balanced lifestyle. You can organise your day according to your targets and training is optional. Personally I don’t skip any training sessions or workshops especially if they involve networking with managers from across the UK.

After I finish work I feel a sense of achievement. Daily I set goals for myself and this way I can notice my progress and feel more confident. I enjoy working with this team as I know my efforts will be appreciated and my results acknowledged. The team is reliable, I can always count on their support.

You can always get advice on your work when you need it. The manager is there to make sure the structure is followed and can help you understand the targets or system better when you don’t. The team is also a friendly bunch and more than just colleagues working together.

I started part-time and then went full time as soon as I was able. There was a lot to learn and catch up on. At the end of each day I gauge my progress and set new goals for the next day with my mentor. There’s practice, training and feedback involved, which means I know exactly where I am at all times.

After Uni I applied to have a chance to practice. I learned so much. The business offers so much to people who want to develop their social, leadership and communication skills. I learned a lot about sales and marketing. I left in winter but now I reapplied because of the culture. The chances to progress are more realistic.

Working with the team and directly with the CEO gave me strong business management insights. I was able to first see the best ways to listen to the team and properly engage in productive conversations.
The work environment is fun and attractive for proactive thinkers.

Great work atmosphere.
There are multiple incentives for money driven professionals.
Different career opportunities for those who think long term.
And both available for greedy people like me.
