I recently purchased a scent system and fragrance from EcoScent for my home and I can’t recommend them enough. The customer service I’ve received has been second to none – really fantastic. Their range of scent systems cater for both home and business needs. What I really like about my EcoScent system is that you don't have the fuss of putting drops of fragrance into water baths (like the ones you buy in the shops). You just have to fill up the bottle in the machine with your fragrance, which lasts for ages. There is a wide selection of high quality fragrances to choose from and EcoScent were incredibly helpful in sending me a sample range so I could make my selection. A very big thank you to Paul and Rubina for their brilliant support :).

I'm very happy to work with EcoScent and in particular with Ellen. She's always been very responsive and helpful. I know, I always ask many questions when it comes to choosing a fragrance as it is very difficult and important process for me and Ellen always here to help. On top of that, I tried fragrances from many UK suppliers and I find EcoScent fragrances by far the best. They are a bit more expensive than the others I tried, but they definitely worth it.

Ive recently been emailing back and forth for information regarding a machine and the scents. I could not fault Ellen for her communication and constantly getting back to me on everything i asked really quickly. The company are great to send on scent samples i chose about three or something and Ellen was kind enough to suggest i try more. Receiving a whole 12 little cute bottles beautifully packaged i swear there was only 1 i didn't take to, which is only a personal chose anyway it could easily be someone else's favourite! I will definitely be purchasing from EcoScent as i couldn't fault dealing with them. Fast shipping! Fabulous fragrances! Which has only made it soooo bloody difficult for me to choose which one will be my first order hahaha. And GREAT customer service! Highly recommend!!!! 5*
