World class service and the nicest people to deal with. I dealt with Rebecca and she was amazing! She helped booked and rebook and rebook the flights as I needed and the timing for departure and arrival was PERFECT to meet our needs. Hotel was luxurious and every question I had was answered to the fullest! Highly recommended. Thank you once again and looking forward to future dealings (fingers crossed)

I won a trip to LA two years ago and when Element started to organize it, I immediately felt in good hands. :) Unfortunately due to COVID, we could only travel after two years, but during this time I was in contact with Zoe and she helped me with everything, she answered my questions, amended everything so it was the most comfortable for us and even rebooked a program last minute. I highly recommend Element when planning any kind of travel, they know what they are doing! :) I am very thankful for Zoe and the team! :)

Hi Zoe @ Element, I wanted to say thank you so much for organising such an amazing trip to Berlin for us. It surpassed all our expectations, the hotel was absolutely beautiful and was in a great location right in the middle of town, they also had the best breakfasts I ever had in any hotel anywhere. The travel arrangements went without a hitch, seamlessly orchestrated by yourself. One night we went to one of the restaurants which you suggested it was a lovely setting and the food was delicious. A hugh thanks to you Zoe for making such a special weekend for us happen, also for all your patience with us and our date changes. I had to plan my Hawaii trip THREE TIMES because of COVID and every time Zoe was there to help me through the process in a very timely manner - quicker than could be expected honestly. Even when plan got changed and excursions cancelled - she responded almost immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend using Element when planning and executing any kind of travel.

After being selected a winner from a prize drawer, I was directed to Element. Where I had the lovely pleasure of speaking with Laura; whom made my redemption progress as smooth as possible. Physical items were ordered and dispatched quickly by the team (thank you!) and we’re even better than expected. There were, however, some delays with a subscription redemption (supplier issue). Laura and her colleague Zoe W kept me informed and were very apologetic and even offered an alternative subscription of equal value. I was then happy to see the voucher in my email followed by confirmation from Laura. My overall experience engaging with Element was fantastic and I’d just like to give a final thanks to the team for great customer engagement. Have a happy Christmas and a great new year!

What an amazing service! It needs a 10 star review! I cant thank Becky at Element enough for organising the most amazing Bespoke holiday to Iceland, which completely surpassed all my expectations. This trip was cancelled and rearranged by Becky 5 times! first due to injury and then COVID. NOTHING was too much trouble for Becky, she bent over backwards to accomodate & rearrange at every stage, with always the cheeriest, most understanding and lovely manner. The trip itself was completely seamless from start to finish, all flights, connections and tours co-ordinated flawlessly with a beautiful hotel chosen. The trips she chose were exceptionally high quality and co-ordinated perfectly. It truely felt like the dream holiday thanks to her attention to detail. Thank you so much Becky! Thanks so much Becky and the rest of the team. As with a lot of the reviews, our trip had to be rearranged multiple times with COVID etc and nothing was too much trouble. Becky was always in contact with us quickly, and with no fuss or hassle had things rearranged to suit us, with excellent advice on the organisation and timing of the trips perfectly. Couldn't recommend more highly!!

We had amaizing time in USA and Zoe who organised that was so professional, during the pandemic our trip had to be postponed but she kept in touch to make sure that we were informed about everything. We had all information needed before our trip with all details in one document so we didnt have to worry about anything.She kept communication all the time to make sure we can relax and enjoy our trip. Becky was fantastic. Two years planning this trop due to covid. She is a totally gem in organising everything with constant changes due to the pandemic. We finally got there in the end. We had an amazing time and couldn't have planned the trip without her. The boys will be talking about it for years to come. London was amazing on the Saturday and the weather was glorious for our sight seeing. The park was fantastic and so much to do for all ages, I'm not the better after a few rides 😅 but glad I did them. I would definitely recommend a visit to friends and family. We laughed so much on arrival to the cabins, as we didn't expect them to be so small, but they were comfortable for sleeping at least. The reception and park staff were incredible and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much again for all your time and effort in making our trip one we will always remember.
