They responded well to our brief with a good price, set out a clear timescale, nothing was a problem, and when we had issues from our end, they sorted them quickly and without fuss. It felt like they were always working with us rather than working for us, and in my experience of being involved in new website creation, this was by far and away the easiest and most fun. I have greatly enjoyed working with Chloe and Forty8Creates. She is punctual and is the first designer I have met who seems to understand both sides of the coin: commercial and creative business requirements. This is unusual and has meant doing each job only once! Chloe is proactive and she has organised and sorted a number of elements for a number of my clients, including: brand identity, logos, web design, digital assets for web and social media use and printed materials. Each process is tailored to budget and time requirements. And although they do web development, in our case, we asked them to hand over the design files to our web developers, who were extremely impressed at the how implementable and complete the files were and the formats they were delivered in and have now partnered with them for certain pitches! I also appreciate the very clear audit trail on what are the deliverables. Jobs are delivered on time and with pleasing results. I would strongly recommend this Forty8Creates for design.
