After reading Boyd's review, I can only say I am shocked because this is the complete opposite to what it is like when dealing with them. In fact, Tom asked me to share my experience as he wanted somebody who could give a more realistic review of The Good Marketer. I sat on the fence for a little while before I began working with The Good Marketer (for about a year to be precise!). I knew I needed help with my social media marketing but it's a reasonable investment and, to some extent, a bit of a leap of faith - especially when you own a small business and watch every penny. I had also had a bad experience before with a digital marketing agency so I was feeling very cautious when we began working together. All I can say is that I wish I had started sooner. Tom and his team are polite, professional and, most importantly, clearly know what they are doing. I have struggled with the Facebook's Ads Manager for years and, despite receiving lots of 'free' training from Facebook, my spend has increased massively and my results seem to have decreased in equal measure. Tom has just launched my first campaign and I have genuinely been amazed by the results. I have generated about 3 times the usual sales (not leads) from a Facebook campaign and, perhaps far more importantly, spent less than half of what I would normally spend - we are still learning too so I can only assume that this will continue to improve. I love the fact that everything is totally transparent as well (not something I have experienced before). I had a look at how Tom set up my campaigns and it is way beyond anything I could achieve. I don't have the desire or time to learn it either. I want to continue to grow my business but I love working alone and have never wanted the overhead of staff so this is the perfect solution for me. Not only do I now feel that I have a marketing resource ‘within my company’ I have none of the headache associated with staff/training/holidays etc. I also feel that their knowledge and experience is going to really change the way I do business. I now how time to focus on the part of my business I know and enjoy.
