I have worked in the company now for nearly 3 months. When I first started it was unlike any role I had been in before, everyone was actually having fun and being so positive. It isn't easy I won't lie, if you want to get the most out the opportunity you have to be putting in long hours and a lot of work. But I don't mind at all, in fact it's extremely fulfilling, I feel like I'm growing and succeeding every, single, day. I'm learning to grow my own team and I'm well on my way to a management role now. What an opportunity for self-growth, progression and success. I couldn't be happier!

Have worked in the company now for 6 months. It’s been hard work I won’t lie, with longer hours than I was used to. But I wanted to learn how to self manage and also train others and I’ve learnt so much! Am now training a team of 10 plus people, which has its challenges sometimes, but am really enjoying the confidence I’ve gained so far.
