While they were testing the new washing machine to make sure it worked they took me through the features of my new machine and answered all my questions no matter how stupid they were.

G. R.I have just had another excellent experience using Michael R Peters. My 92 year old mother's television needed replacing. At 92 years old, and still independent, she needed a television with a large, clear screen but otherwise very basic and user friendly. Unfortunately, I live and work thousands of miles away and therefore cannot be there to help. As on previous occassions, I called the store, told them of her requirements and they knew exactly what to recommend.
The delivery and set up happened exactly when they advised, the engineer walked mum through using the remote and was extremely patient with her. The end result is that she has a lovely new TV, which she can operate easily and absolutely loves it. As her TV is her lifeline, this has made a massive difference to her quality of life.
Once again, I cannot thank the staff at Michael R Peters enough. The process from start to finish was perfect and I strongly recommend them.

S. C.I have used Michael R Peters before and remembered the great service their staff offer. So when my washer dryer finally packed up the other day (I bought my current machine years ago from them). I rang discussed my needs with a really helpful lady who found the right replacement at a good price within my budget I paid over the phone and it's being delivered a couple of days later. I know quite a few people who have for years used this shop for it's great service from the staff and competitive prices.. I like talking to a person and to be able to buy over the phone as I have before is a godsend in the busy lives we lead.
