Brilliant place for dishwasher parts, the guy on the counter was so helpful and efficient! Parts arrived within 2 days so happy to have a working dishwasher again. Would recommend this place to anyone needing spares.

DIdn't arrive in time and returns are difficult. Telephone number in question doesn't work and they don't reply to emails. Avoid, better places to get products from on the internet. UPDATE: Was 1* changed to 4* - 1. Postal strike action delayed parcel. 2. Email went to spam so I didn't see it. 3. Use the international dialling code to call Belfast otherwise it won't ring through and 4. I got a refund.

The water inlet hose snapped off the back of my washer dryer. I called Kenco in the morning and had someone out the same afternoon. Was not a straight forward job due to the pipework being behind a cupboard panel but the plumber found a solution and fixed the problem. Very professional job, really happy.

They had an ice cream maker attachment that I couldn't find otherwise. Since I got used to Amazon I was a bit hesitant to buy directly from a business. However everything went fine, and when I had one issue their support line solved it quickly and efficiently

Great place for spares for cooker's, washing machines, vacuums. Called Saturday morning right on opening time, expecting not to be open yet . Was greeted by a smiling member of staff, who was very knowledgeable about the element I needed. Was served promptly and didn't cost the earth. Left very satisfied,and went home to fit part to oven .

Great service from really nice staff. Could have easily chanced their arm and oversold me something based on what I came in and asked for (washing machine replacement part) but he took the time to explain to me what I really needed and it was priced at just a fiver + VAT. I would recommend these guys to anyone, but especially to inexperienced DIYers like myself - they will keep you right! By the way - to find the place is a little difficult initially. Near the top of the Castlereagh Road, go down the street of Business Parks facing Lidl and Kenco is actually very well advertised when you get far enough down that street - its on the right hand side.
