D. J.Great place to shop. You could spend a lot of time here. Broad range of merchandise for home and garden. Also incorporates Iceland" in store". Good stationary and craft section as well. Seasonal products too. Good selection of confectionery for adults and children. Would strongly recommend.
S. A.Decent wee store. Large range of goods and friendly store staff (especially those in Iceland) However, managers are rude, nasty and lazy. Constantly on their phone and engaging in conversation with other staff. The store has a seriously bad smell. Kind of like BO. Have reported it, but managers didn’t care.
Would return only for Iceland.

A.I love browsing around the range. Loads of lovely stationary, good art supplies, nice kitchenware etc. Great prices too. There is good parking here too.

L. W.The shop is great with the amount of range it holds. The queuing is ridiculous at times and no need for it. Last time I was there 3 people were needlessly on customer service and 1 person was working the till. He wasn't the quickest or happiest because he had just quit and was being punished by being made to do the tills. Must have waited 15 mins last time and have never noticed a manager being around to manage the queues.

Out of the 9 items I bought 5 had no price on them , command strips stand , hand pump power washer, outdoor solar light ( had 3 dif prices) , door bell & plugs. Had to look the price up on their website . But the staff are pleasant and helpful.

B.A great place to find budget decor for your home. Please avoid the cafe though. I am not sure if the worker was under pressure but we didn't get what we ordered lol Decided just to eat it but it tasted awful. Plenty of free parking and customer toilets. A massive store with an entrance that also connects with the main shopping centre.
N. M.Im rating the range based on its selling point. The range is basically what it says in the name. It has a wide variety of household goods, it sells crafts and toys. It also has it's own Iceland in store.
If you plan on spending a considerable amount of time in store it had it's own coffee shop (yet to visit myself)
The products sold would suit a variety of peoples tastes and is value for money. For decorators and DIY enthusiasts you'll find many an item to suit your needs.
I have spent many an hour in this store and I particularly love their christmas stock!
The reason I didnt give 5 stars, is because I believe customer service needs working on. A little friendlier at the check outs would go a long way. Keeping the store tidy and restocking products at non busy times.

A. B.Overall very satisfied with the large variety of items, sizes and colours but you need to be careful of quality. I bought a bundle of separate towels but first wash saw them being returned. Probably best to go when it's busy otherwise there's not much staff around to assist or serve.

A. B.If I could give more stars I would.... The store was well stocked and the staff were wonderful.. Helpful and kind.. My friend took ill and the staff and indeed some of. The customers went above and beyond. The Paramedics came quickly and she was admitted to hospital. A great big thank you for the kindness and courtesy. Thankfully my friend got home the next evening.
s. c.I love this place but the only issue was some of the aisles were blocked by staff and stuff .l had a wheelchair with me and found it annoying as had to go back down. Otherwise it is a great store from crafting to garden and workmen items and house items go for a visit. They have a lovely coffee shop at the back staff are lovely. Clean and tidy .
A. B.A bit better quality than B&M, you can usually find what you need and stuff you didn't know you needed. Especially good for reasonably priced kitchen utensils. The craft section has come to my rescue on several occasions when I have needed stuff urgently.
N. W.The store itself is laid out well and has the needed essentials as well as some nice pieces. The staff however are a different matter. I have only came across one sales assistant who was nice & apologetic for the fact that there was no barcode for a packet of liver dog treats. Even though he informed management and two people worked to find the price of the treats they could not, they looked like aimless baboon's and could not manage making a coffee nevermind manage a store. I had to leave the store with only dog dental sticks...much to the disappointment of my canine friends who were promised treats they never received due to this avoidable blunder!

J. M.A little tired and run down as you go in but huge. This is the closest one to me and there are always lots of good bargains. Weirdly things aren't always where you expect, I went looking for cleaning sponges in the cleaning section but they weren't there. Turned out they had them at the checkouts. Staff are brilliant, very helpful and pleasant. Worth a visit.

Parking is also tricky at times despite there being a large car park for Connswater shopping centre. Also has a good sized garden centre department. Not my favourite store but worth a visit.

T. Y.A smaller version of the Ballymena store, but all the essentials are here. During lockdown this store has now incorporated Iceland and sells food and groceries.
J. C.It's a large homestore with a surprisingly good range of well priced products. There are the usual home furnishings and toys, plus plants and pet supplies, bedding and lights. It also has a small cafe.
Everything is a bit style over substance, but it's designed to appear both as an aesthetic and price point, and does reasonably well at both.
J. D.Absolutely amazing, has everything you need. As a boy who doesn't like shopping this was actually fun. The Deedee's Cafe is so nice has buns, cupcakes, sandwiches. It has a wide selection of lamps, food, indoor and outdoor furniture, pet needs, kitchen stuff, hoovers, SEGWAYS, sports wear, sports equipment I could go on and on and already have but there is a lot more. The customer service is really good and the staff at the counters will always talk to you and the staff that work around the shop will always help.

F.The only problem I found in the Boucher Rd store in Belfast was the absence of till banks - tills at the front mean long long queues which have nowhere else to be but stand along shelves of goods and the Iceland freezers. Hopefully it’s only a teething problem in that particular newly opened store and they will open more tills at a different part of the store.

They have indoor and outdoor furniture, bathroom and living room furnishings. A range of clothing, cosmetics,toiletries and a selection of electrical goods example kettles and toasters. They had a good selection of Halloween stuff at Halloween and an amazing selection of Christmas decorations at Christmas. I would recommend this store to anyone for a visit.

A. T.On this visit, the sun was low in the sky and gently kissed the edges of the building. The Range seems to almost glow in the evening light - reminiscent of ancient caves of wonder filled with shrouded treasures. And tresasures is what we found. The building was stocked to the brim with delights for all ages.

Spoke to a lovely girl on customer service called Hannah who said she'd check and phoned me straight back to tell me they were in stock and advised me the best time to visit store.spoke to a member of staff in the garden centre who kindly placed the item on a trolley and took it to checkout and I was served by Hannah who wheeled the item out to our car and unpackaged it for us so we could get it in the car.first time in the store and most definitely won't be the last!😊

L.Ive only been in here once and it was the first time I've shopped in the range. I wasnt disappointed. It literally has everything! I got loads of arty supplies in here which i didnt expect to find. They have a wide range of DIY products, outdoor furniture, clothing, soft furnishings etc. You name it, they sell it. I'll definitely be back. The staff were lovely too

Let down when it comes to the tills as there is normally only 1 or 2 people on at a time which means your have to que for what feels like forever. But otherwise a great place to shop.

A. H.Ok, I don't mind queuing during covid, but standing in the rain for about 20mins is unacceptable. When I asked why they where letting so many people out they stated that they where letting people in from inside through another door. Really would be worth using one door for entering and one door for leaving

A. W.If you have time to spare it's well worth a visit, it will take you time to get round this massive store but it's time well spent. They are not cheap nor are they expensive if you understand what i mean, prices to suit everyone's pocket and good quality goods and most of all friendly staff.

A. A.Bit chaotic with narrow aisles normally filled with stock for replenishing and the till area is cluttered but good shop for getting a mix of bits and pieces. The till area is horrendous tho, with radio blasting too loud and nobody really knowing what's happening

P.Has an extensive selection of all kinds of stuff you might need, a good range, in fact. They were setting up all their Christmas lines today when I was in. Prices are pretty good too.

G.I got what I went in for but marked it down because while queuing to enter the shop the staff forgot to let people in (people in the queue in front of me had to knock the shop window to get the attention of the staff) and then the staff member who was letting people in to the shop allowed 3 people who had skipped the queue to enter ahead of everyone else. Shambolic.

B.First of all can I say be prepared to spend a good few hours in here as its massive, great range of crafting goodies from kids to adults, everything you can imagine under one roof, prices are reasonable too, staff are brill nothing is too much trouble as they are very helpful even ordering in items in that you have been looking for, for weeks big thumbs up to the lighting department team for finally getting me my crystal lamp xx

Eg toilet fluid for use in portable toilets eg caravans and camping. The said item not with the camping stuff as you would imagine but in the middle of kitchen cleaners. Only noticed it while we were sitting in the cafe.

A.I just love the craft section although some things are very expensive. Just wish they would do a bigger selection on wool! At least it's handy to buy here rather than having to go in to Belfast plus the parking is easier. Just have to watch your time as there is a time limit ( 3 hours ) on parking throughout Connswater. One thing I would like to see changed - it would be really helpful if there were trolleys at the car park entrance too. I was there this week with a relative who relies on trolleys to aid her walking around stores. Luckily i was with her as she would not have been able to get one from the other entrance by herself.
