Andy is a top bloke with a wealth of knowledge. If shop looks shut, he's working in the back, so call him.

A great range of kit, excellent demo facilities and knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. In a world which is moving increasing online it's great, especially with something as subjective as hi-fi, to have somewhere which offers the full service experience which allows you to make the right choice for you.

Really excellent customer service. Staff very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are happy to demo their wide range of hi fi equipment.

My rega planar 3 needed some TLC and Andrew spent nearly an hour trying to diagnose it. Then sent it to Rega for a rewire and upgrade. WOW WOW WOW. I have been listening to it for days now and I've never enjoyed listening to my records so much. Tonight wanted to listen to a track from Forever Changes, and the depth of the sound is so amazing that listened to the whole album. It's past midnight and we're still listening to albums. Thank you guys. Don't go anywhere else.
