The range is almost become an alternative to the old Tandy”s for some electrical items, arrived an hour before closing time on Saturday evening bit disappointed to see there was limited people on the tills even though there is quite an extensive queue. Lady serving very pleasant and again apologetic for the delay you could see she’s was under pressure 5 stars for her.

Great shop with excellent selection of goods. But they never have enough staff on the shop floor or the tills. The tills always have a huge queue and if they need assistance it never seems to come. Even the security end up having to help out. Iceland is a nice addition to the shop BUT you can't use your loyalty card or any vouchers which is very frustrating.

I love the range. One of the best places to go and actually buy amazing ornaments and whole lots more. Once you go in. You have to look around. There is always something that you will like to purchase. Plus you have the added features of buying groceries and food. Great place for your home shopping.

Nice large store. In a good location on a busy main road linking Handsworth and West Bromwich. Store has huge variety of homewares and also features an Iceland inside. This could be a one stop shop for your weekly shopping except for fresh fruit and veg. Has a large free car park with many disabled parking bays. Car park and outside grounds of the store could do with a tidy up, as this first impression was not positive, thankfully the inside of the store was nice clean and tidy.

It was the first time I have been to this store and I didn't realise that they had an Iceland in store too, what a great concept. Went for a quick plaster and some ointment for the little one but came out with snacks and frozen kids goods. I always ask staff about which isle to go to for my needs just to understand their reactions and experience, all the staff were knowledgeable and kind, they knew exactly where to send me. I will be visiting again when in the area.

Loveeeee the range, I think I've been there more than 5 time in the space of 2 weeks. The set out of the shop is brilliant the colours are all separated which is very clever. Good for what you expect. However, they are not helping with the litter issues with in this area. There is litter from soon after the building and car park was built for the original store and nothing seems to be able to encourage the company to fulfill it obligations to clean the car park and associated areas. Perhaps this review might encourage them to do the right thing. We are very tired of excuses over who's responsibility it is. We do a lot of volunteer litter picking in order to try to keep the area looking better. We have the Commonwealth Games here in a few months and the area is a let down to this city.

They have some lovely stuff here at reasonable prices, my first visit was a couple of weeks ago, only negative thing I would say is the queuing system, it wasn't busy but a bit unorganised as wasn't really sure where to stand, also not enough staff on the tills even though staff members were chatting to each around the till area.

All staff are always friendly and helpful, always willing to talk to all customers. Hand sanitizer and antiseptic cleaning available for baskets etc as soon as you walk in. Pretty much everything you need is here at reasonable prices. In there at least a few times a week and always leaving with what I need.

I visited this store for some craft stuff for my daughter and was very impressed with the variety of products available covering all age ranges, skill sets and budgets. I am far from an expert in the arts and crafts world but stand by my convictions. Cheap and reasonable place. Reminds me of a cheap version of Dunelm. However, they have a better art section and better pictures for home decoration. They have a food. 3 stars because although the range is an excellent store for a whole variety of items and access into the store along with parking is adequate for both manual and electric wheelchairs They insist on stacking items or pods/shelving at the ends of aisles so you cannot get a wheelchair down them, I get that they need to make the most of space, but maybe use some of the space that have gazebos and furniture in to place the things they can fit on shelves or have their own pods. I really like the range but it gets very frustrating when you can't get around the store and it's not just this store, they all do it

Come here regularly I love the products, soo much variety. Absolutely wonderful experience, I got help from a lovely Lady manager called Shaz! She is so helpful I shop here regularly and she is always working so hard. I always see her going from A to B looking after customers, never seen such a hard working manager. She has helped me and my family with all our gardening and DIY needs. The shop is in a nice location and the staff have been friendly and polite. Since the lockdown I have visited a number of times, queues are long, on average its a good 20 minute wait. I would highly recommend for arts and craft, prices on par with Amazon but better quality. Additionally the Iceland section has all the basics. Staff helpful nice atmosphere, not too over crowded, plus finally a massive free carpark.

Worth a visit!! Without a doubt, a very nice place to shop at your leisure. The Range is a store which sells all types of products, house hold items, diy, toys, tools,bedding, mirrors, pictures, etc, and much more besides, worth a mention, the lighting and lamp section is amazing!!!!! it's very much a place you will be impressed by, the store features a sit in cafe/restaurant which is nicely presented and has a good range of food and drinks, hot sandwich, make your own pizza, pannies, cakes and pastries. Parking is good and it's free up to 3 hours!! and Wow!!!! the restroom was spotless cleaned regularly from what I saw, also the staff seem quite happy and friendly!!!! Defnatly a good thing!!!! Overall go visit you'll enjoy it, and that's coming from someone who doesn't get on to well with crowds or shopping in general :-)

Large car park, has a Iceland now so you can a lot of things here at a good price. Only issue I had was with the trolleys at first I couldn’t find them at all and I thought they didn’t have any until I entered the store and found people using trolleys and so upon asking I found the trolleys they are not in a clear view place and there are no trolley shelters in the car park so you need to take it back to where you found it which is sort of next to the store but further back.

Found what I was looking for at a great price and some other gems this location as amble parking spaces including disabled parking they have disabled wheelchair access and the aisles are easy to negotiate with a wheelchair and small scooter their is a public toilet also they have many household goods and a millions dispenser which adults and children alike will enjoy.

The Range West Brom, has a lot packed into a small space they used to have a little cafe where shopping Men could have a crafty coffee but no more thats gone in its place is a vast pet section selling feeds ,beds toys. Then you come across a mini Iceland with approx 16 freezers.A little odd but it doesn't take away from the Range itself.i guess its difficult to display Halloween and Christmas items at the same time but they manage it.

It's a great store nationally but the West Bromwich branch leaves a bit to be desired on the customer service front. I'm always left waiting ages for someone to speak to at the desk - last week, they lost out on their 2nd sale from me as I just went up Argos instead after waiting, and I am not exaggerating, 20 minutes to be seen without even anyone acknowledging me. Drive over to the Kidderminster store for proper service if you must use The Range.
