Great shop and great value too. We came here originally to go to the cafe, but ended up spending quite a bit too as the had some great offers. You can get a lot of things here from kitchenware, houseware, curtains, duvets, lights, blankets, box's and a lot more too. The store is well laid out with plenty of room to get around and the staff were good too. Loads of parking and is in the same place as Argos,Costa and subway .

Always find what I'm looking for. Christmas gifts are starting to come in and love their Teddy collection(fluffy items) Onesies, slippers, and fluffy water bottles too, I highly recommend Dunelm been going there for years.

This Dunelm is a big store, lots of choice. Choose your visit time wisely as if you go at a peak time it is quite annoying as the aisles are really thin and everything feels a bit on top of you. The cafe is very slow with service so if there is a queue expect quite a wait.

Airy, light and plenty of stock to offer! Much better than Dunelm in Cardiff as well. The Pausa restaurant on the second floor is huge. For £10.40 I got a large latte, a pot if tea containing two teas, a decent slice of apple pie with clotted cream and a nice slice of Sicilian Lemon cake.

Great place to by home furnishings bedrooms bathrooms and kitchen items from sofas to blinds and bins they have it all in one place also the cafe is fabulous price for good coffee drinks and snacks, but also available to be used for clubs to meet up and use the space.

It's an alright place. Gets busy quick on a saturday. Friday evening it was just me the staff and the tumble weeds. I had a good look round picked a lamp up for the wife. I returned with the wife on saturday. There was a sofa among a few other things there she may have liked. She found plenty of stuff she would have liked to purchase like the sofa. Unfortunately it got so busy we couldn't get a member of staff to help us. In the end we gave up and went home. I prefer shopping online it's less hassle.

Changed the layout since I'd been there last, rather confusing. They've got quite a large range of stock, and one of the staff was really helpful. The checkout staff are not particularly welcoming and acted as though they didn't really want to be there. Also, no-one helped with taking the rather large rug I'd bought, to the car.

Coffee shop serves a great selection of hot drinks, bonus points for non-dairy milk options and vegan cakes. Also has a range of gluten free food, and majority of staff are clued up on their allergens, which is great. The place is kept clean and tidy, and staff are friendly and helpful, lots of regular customers as a result.

Surprising range and great coffee shop Aside from a truly vast range of soft furnishings and bedding items, Dunelm sells a large range of other merchandise. Usually everything is well priced and nicely made - my admiration goes to their sourcing/buying team - they must be one of the best in mixed retailing

Plenty of furniture selection and a wide range of household goods. Prices not cheap but quality is very good. Easy parking and nice cafe but service very slow as there is only one person serving and if person in front of you has a shipping order you can wait up to 20 minutes while she deals with the coffees when you may only want to buy a bag of crisps.

For some reason, Google lists this as an appliance store but it's much more than that. Kitchen and dining, bedding, wall art, lighting and the best selection of blinds, curtains and on-the-roll fabrics I've seen in years. And a lot more. Even furniture, albeit a limited range. A nice coffee shop for a little break, plenty of free parking and a price promise. I always end up buying more than planned when I visit.

It's a decent shop, which also has a coffee house upstairs. Although a little slow, the coffee and food provided is to a good standard. Staff at the shop are usually helpful and the products on offer are generally good quality and affordable prices.

Same as all the other Dunelm stores. The store layout can feel a bit clostraphobic as there is a lot in the isles. It has a cafe on the first floor and it looks but I've never been in there so I don't know quality or prices.

I do like Dunelm, but geeze i cant stand when you ask a member of staff do they sell something ( Thats on their website) and they say. "If we do it will be with the children stuff). When i worked in retail on the shopfloor I had a pretty good idea of what we sold and if i didn't, I would go look for it. That said... Its a nice store and most staff are ok. I like the fact the have a cafe. :) Plenty of parking as its within a large car park among other stores.

It's got all the usual dunelm stuff at great prices. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a great coffee shop upstairs accessible by a lift. Lots of choice. It's the first stop for household items in Bridgend. Parking is plentiful, and there is an argos next door and a greens, Costa and Domino's in the same car park so plenty if you are coming from far away. It has recently been refurbished so the layout is quite good and it's got a small showroom area a little bit like Ikea (without the meatballs lol).
