Wife demands new washing machine on Saturday morning! I finally after ringing around get recommend baker's of aberkenfig. Great person on the phone did me a fantastic deal on a hotpoint. Delivery was free and in four hours from phone call washing machine washing first load. Delivery driver help me bring machine into house and explained connection process. I won't be using anyone else in future once I find someone I can rely on they get all my business. Happy wife stress free husband many thanks Robert Griffiths Cowbridge.

Excellent service, great advice on the phone, good communication and the men who delivered and fitted my fridge freezer found a leaking pipe which although not their problem, tried to fix and when they could t they rang a plumber who was there in 20mins and sorted it. 👏👏👏👏👏

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. They fitted my new integrated fridge perfectly yesterday. In these times of covid the guys were conscientious, polite and professional. I could have ordered from another online shop for a similar price but I doubt I would have the same level of customer service. Truly a5 star service. I only wanted a cooker hood extractor fan but finding a suitable replacement took three of their staff almost two hours to find online. Delivery people were very helpful and even installed and levelled the fridge. And gave advice about when to switch it on after transit. My wife works in the NHS, washing her uniform is essential, During the current crisis its crucial. Our washing machine after 12 years decided to call it a day at a crisis moment. Argos curries amazon during the lock down could offer a delivery in 6 days time. HOWEVER, CALLED BAKERS AND GOT A NEW WASHING MACHINE DELIVERED WITHIN AN HOUR.
