J. W.Bought a Dru fire from Keltic Fires six years ago. Was impressed by the the company at the time and how easy it was to communicate with them. Recently, experiencing a problem with the ignition, I gave up trying to get a gas engineer to call out to fix it so went back to the company and spoke to Matt. I was only calling for advice but Matt took it all on board, contacting Dru on my behalf and then calling out to fix it himself! After six years I wasn’t expecting such a service. Thanks, Matt for saving us from a very cold winter - and we shall definitely be using your company when it comes to buying our next fire!
