When he did come he was highly competent and explained things to me clearly and left the area clean and tidy when he finished. The updates about expected arrival times were first rate. p. c.so it’s the 27th december and mums machine has packed up! she’s 82 and things like this really upset her! rang mend and actually got a human! not only that but he was the chap who was going to fix it! he turned up on the day and at the time agreed, had parts with him and was able to fix the problem with one visit, remarkable! not cheap but then good service never is, would highly recommend

J. T.Kalan was very good at repairing a previous repair that had to be corrected again due to a dodgy seal on a brand new part Kalan fitted. I then had to pay £90 for this service which I found a bit unreasonable.

K. H.My oven broke today (23 December), so I was stressed about not having a working oven for Christmas day. Mend were able to visit and fix within a couple of hours of the oven breaking. I am more than happy to recommend them.
S. S.Our washing machine door would not open so called mend, and later on it opened so husband said he'd cancel the job. However they turned up and I couldn't get hold of my husband and felt bad so gave him £20. Turns out husband did remember to cancel so I phoned up pretty annoyed I gave him money and it wasn't our fault. The guy found the message and said he'd transfer the money back to me, which I was really grateful for after some unexpected costs lately, and he did! So I'm really impressed with the honesty and that he was true to his word :)

Punctual, professional, friendly, quick, tidy and excellent value - the washing machine drum wouldn’t spin but working again in less than half an hour, and he also quickly cleaned the filter out for me. He even managed to fit in the appointment on the same day, which was brilliant.

G. J.I would have no hesitation in using the services of Mend again. Response time to my integrated dishwasher issue was excellent. Kalan diagnosed the issue and had to order a new part, which arrived promptly and was duly fitted. Kalan ensured everything was in good working order, testing the appliance several times. He also took great care to re- position the appliance.
As for costs of the repair, I have no complaints here and felt I paid a very fair price.
I fully recommend Mend if you have any issues with household appliances.

A. B.I was so glad I found Mend Repairs to carry out my Hotpoint washing machine repair in Bognor Regis. I couldn’t fault the service at all.
Kalan was friendly, professional, on time and knew exactly what the problem was within seconds! My washing machine had filled up the night before and wouldn’t drain or spin - with a large family that’s a nightmare!! Not only did he get the machine fixed quickly, and had the tools and equipment to fix the washing machine fault there and then, but he also provided lots of advice on how to care for the washing machine in the future and had tips on how to stop the problem happening again. Despite it being the Easter weekend (typical)... he still came out within 24 hours and I couldn’t believe how cheap he was! He covers the whole of Sussex, offering a multitude of white goods repair services. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
