a. j.A great store, huge and with a fantastic variety of stock. Friendly staff and everywhere is clean!
The cafe in the basement has been updated since I was last here, and yhe staff working in there deserve special mention, they were kind and went the extra mile for their customers.
Plenty of free parking spaces outside the store.
Oh, and I forgot.....JL now allow doggies in their stores! Great idea!

N. S.The choice is just spectacular. Specially during the festive holiday season. The atmosphere in there is amazing and love it that when we visited they even had a violinist playing live.

We bought curtains that last more than 7years and still look like new.

S. B.First class shop for all your needs. They had ther Christmas sales on so it looked spectacular. You will find that extra special item here.
L. G.So disappointing. Store seemed to have lots of 'stuff' but layout, particularly in ladies clothing, is messy and not helpful finding items.
If i were reviewing on line there would be only 1 star as so much stock is 'out of 'stock'. So you go elsewhere that seems to have managed to get stock.
C. L.I love a good British shop, bit on the pricey side, but they have good warranties on the electronics. Also good for getting access to the mall from the parking lot. They make a nice cup of tea.
L. C.We went in to John Lewis as expectant parents looking for advice on what to buy. Jason, the manager helped us out and was great. He advised we go to an all things baby event which we just attended with Louise and Evie talking us through the choices. Both Louise and Evie were amazing, they knew everything and were fully able to answer any crazy questions we had. Thanks guys
L. S.A recent excellent experience was when a box of mugs arrived at customer collection which contained 4 mugs rather than the 6 I'd ordered and paid for. Immediately gave me 2 from the store floor. BUT a terribly annoying and frustrating experience...in April I ordered and paid for a pot of touch up paint for our JL kitchen cabinets. A touch up PEN arrived a week or so ago after many phone calls and emails. It's going to be no use at all but I just haven't got the energy to deal with it any longer.
G. E.Great as always! Dropped a star due to all John Lewis "place to eat" cafes hopeless. Always problems, always something they have run out of, ice today as the outside temperature was 34C! Service very slow... always, Cribbs Causeway and Touch woods particularly 🙁 (Dont blame the staff poor management simple)
