Customer service above and beyond. The Paul Roberts team were honest and helpful assisting my son to choose speakers, a matching amplifier and cables for his turntable. We were pushed for time at the end of the day and they kept the shop open until we were done. What made the experience truly exceptional was that when we experienced an issue with our (fresh out of the box) amplifier they drove the 50 minute journey to our house, replaced the amplifier with a new one and ensured the system was fully working before driving 50 minutes back to the Bristol store. It was handled quickly with no extra charges. My overall experience was of "zero hi-fi snobbery" and "no hard product push" - just sound advice and truly exceptional after-care. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to stumble across this place on the Internet looking for new sound system for my restaurant, decided to call the number.... Best decision I made . Absolute gentleman came all the way down to see what I was after spoke to me face to face. I told him what I wanted and he told me what he could provide with out compromising on sound sound quality. He ended up inviting me to his shop to check out the sound quality for my self before I went ahead. Two weeks later I have a new sound system and an excellent installation job. Honestly I was really chuffed just got a great vibe from him from the get go. Will be recommending him to all my friends and family .

Paul supplied and fitted a BOSE sound bar and helped greatly with the installation of our Samsung Frame TV. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything worked smoothly. Would recommend Paul for anyone who wants a job professionally completed.

I'm so pleased with my new AT-LP3, and the staff at Paul Roberts Hi-Fi have been so helpful in helping me to find the perfect piece of equipment for my needs. My husband got me a Marley Stir It Up player for Christmas and I just wasn't happy with the amount of wow and flutter. They agreed without any fuss to swap it for a different model, without questioning my reasons for returning it. It was all very straightforward and I even received a free accessory for the trouble. 5 Star customer service - very, very happy with the whole experience. Shop locally & support independent businesses! You may pay a couple of extra quid but great customer service and the survival of local shops is priceless.

We wanted a pretty decent sound system for our kitchen, with Internet radio. I did quite a bit of research online, thinking that was where we'd get the best deal, but the model we ended up choosing (Pioneer) was also on sale at Paul Roberts, at the same low price as online. We decided to buy from them to go local, and in retrospect, I am so glad that we did. We ended up having problems connecting to the internet, and Paul Roberts' guys not only spent a long time on the phone to me, patiently explaining what to do, they even ended up coming around the house, and despite figuring out it was our Internet connection at fault and not their sound system, they still spent nearly an hour and a half trying to fix that for us - completely above and beyond the call of duty! 2 months later, when we finally sorted out our Internet, I called them again - they remembered us, and insisted on coming around in person, that day, to make sure the system was working properly. They did, it now is and once again, I am so glad I decided to go local - the after sales service was absolutely brilliant. Thank you Paul Roberts!

To all that reads this even though Paul Roberts have been good all round and with their after sales service I do Thank them very much a great team... Fantastic... Pioneer A30 K Integrated stereo Amp....Fantastic no problem very happy with this machine... Plus speakers stands cables no problem even with their help at my home they go out off their way to help you...Fantastic But sadly now the down side to this story... Pioneer PD 10 - K /S CD Player.... Sound out put is very nice with my set up...as is now with bigger speakers... BUT the CD player It Sticks on some songs It jumps on some songs while playing It even go's back to the very start.. ready to start playing And this is even on brand new CD's clean with no scratches SO PLEASE Remember PAUL ROBERTS DID NOT MAKE This machine so cant blame them for this problem... But I hope they can either refund or off set the cost towards a better CD player That can read CD's with out sticking or jumping songs Before I Throw this one out the window That's how I feel... My many Thanks to Paul Roberts Hi Fi.... 3 Stars till this is sorted out...
