G.Lovely to have The White Company at Cribbs Causeway finally.
A beautifully laid out store. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a great range of produce. Store looks clean and fresh and is quite large so plenty of space and easy to manoeuvre with a buggy in tow.
F. H.It's a quite pleasant store with lots of options when it comes to comfort at home. It is very pricey though. The ladies working there were extremely nice and helpful. You get an automatic 10% discount when you sign up with them! I also got a nicely wrapped bag for free.
D. J.Fantastic service! I went in there to pick up a tree and a star not realising how on earth I was going to carry them out the door. The women in there were so wonderful and accomdating and a special thanks to the lady who helped me to the taxi rank. I couldn’t of made it without you. Thank you for your kindness. Plus the star and tree look amazing!

B.The Mangeress that transferred here from Cabot Circus is absolutely AMAZING! an absolute super star 🌟 and such a great ambassador for the brand and customer service in general, I did however encounter a terrible deputy Manger who even my Seven year old daughter found rude which put me off visiting the store or brand ever again, silly as it may sound but she was so rude and condescending that I called customer services and they put right what she refused to do within minutes, spent £1400 on bedding two days prior to trying to return a faulty £35 candle not that should matter but a prime example of how a staff members poor attitude can cost a company dear especially with the delicate situation on the high street these days! Go visit this store and I hope you meet the lovely Manageress who used to run Cabot Circus and not the horrid lady that me and my daughter met the other week! 🤞🏼🤞🏼
