Phoned up about my washer dryer as it wasn't drying. Told me the prices and time they would turn up. I was in work they arrived on time my son says the gentleman was polite and fixed the issue. Took a 3rd off the bill as it wasn't a huge problem which I found to be extremely professional which they didn't have to do. Got a customer for life and I will recommend Crwys electrical to anyone with an issue.

Wonderful service from Chris and Karen (the owners). I needed new motor brushes for our washing machine and after a call to the shop, they rang me back to say they had them. However, as they were due to close they sent me their home postcode so I could pick them up there! I was so grateful to them for going the extra mile which, is a rare thing these days. I was so touched by the fantastic service I received when one of my ovens in my business stopped working. Knowing how difficult it would be for me to trade, the company squeezed me into their very busy schedule to send an engineer out. The problem was sorted before I opened the following morning within 20 mins. I am so appreciative of them understanding my needs as a small business and going above and beyond. They came promptly the day after calling to look at our washing machine. The engineer took 2 seconds to diagnose the problem and tell us the machine wasn't worth repairing, then didn't even charge us for the call out. He was even nice to our dog. Would call again.

The guys at Crwys electrics were so helpful when we had an issue with the cooling fan not switching off on our oven. Came out within 24 hours to check it out and within a few days they’d replaced the bimetallic strip that controls the fan to see if that made a difference. They kept the original parts and offered to provide advice if the issue came up again.

Was about to buy a new washing machine, just the door broken and I had no idea what to do, went to see them, they just said, take the door off we'll fix it and you just have to put it back on.... all for the price of £30.... alot better than buying a new machine. Really helpful and friendly. Thankyou.

I had a man come to my home through Crwys Electrics to repair my washing machine, he had attitude from the minute he stepped in through the front door, I would not recommend him or would I want him to do any other work. Please note this is not a reflection on Crwys Electrics whom I have used for decades, they themselves are courteous and professional.
