T.Large store in a very convenient location in the city center. Sells all sorts from footwear, toiletries, household items to food items at reasonable prices. It's always worth checking out the "Clearance" shelves for further reductions on items. I find this shop is a great place to buy gifts for others if you're looking to do that. The shop itself is very spacious and is kept clean and tidy whenever I've gone in there.
J. I.T.K. Max one of my fave shops! Variety in all stock plenty of choice. Always something out of the ordinary great for buying gifts. Brand names at competitive prices. Today is Valentines day noticed beautiful store displays apropo of the day and a neon sign near checkout with heart in pink nice touch!

A.when you want to look a million bucks on a budget I was there once and over heard a guy speaking on the phone to a woman he wanted to impress saying im in jhon Lewis looking at a lovely Ralph Lauren shirt I might buy it so I grabbed my phone from my pocket stood by him and shouted out I'm in to tk max looking at Ralph shirts come and meet me here and walked away the guy looked at me all gone off as I left with a big smirk on my face still makes me laugh to this day hope the poor sod reads this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
L. M.Was disappointed with the store,very mismatched merchandise, and quite messy in their shelving of display. Didn't feel impressed or eager to carry on viewing what was for sale 🤔
A. W.One of the smallest TK Maxx I've been in. Fair choice of clothes and good selection of the home accessories. The only downside is the mess in the bottom section of the store... It's hard to find what you are looking for when there is a mess on the shelves...
A. B.It's ok. Could do with tills on other floors as well as ground. Run out of large carrier bags when I was there. Was offered an option of buying a large reusable shopper but have already got alot of them.

P. K.This was an excellent branch of the TK maxx stores. We came here as a group of friends all looking to buy the "worst" shirt for each other ready for a night out. The staff were very friendly and more than keen to help out find the perfect shirt. Covid restrictions were kept in place to ensure it was safe shopping.

The home ware stock is at a decent price and good for decorating your home with a few little touches.
The only problem is buying shoes, I tend to find the wrong shoe size displayed in wrong sections which can be frustrating.

L.This store is renowned for its quality products at competitive prices , but it's hit and miss if they have what you want. You cannot guarantee that you will be able to get the same thing as before next time you use the shop. So for your one-time bargain purchase great repeat purchases on conditioners and shampoos liquid soaps etc not sure. The store was reasonably priced and tidy service pretty good considering it was Saturday.

Y. D.Not a store I use very often and I only ever shop there in the sale. The store is laid out well and it's easy to find what you want, but it's just too expensive for my liking. On the plus side, there are customer toilets which are clean and properly maintained.

P. W.Always seem to buy something here. Great location on the Hayes in central Cardiff. The shop has four floors so has lots of stock and plenty of room. I was in town looking for a watch in the £100 - £150 range. Saw a few around then popped into TKM where I saw three I liked. Nice chat with a sales assistant and then bought an Armani Exchange piece for £80 instead of £170. Saw a few AE pieces around £150/160 in town so getting one for half price was great.

A. A.Normally a great place to find a bargain so I thought. I bought 3 drinking glasses individually priced at £2.99. I bought them and went again around when I suddenly saw a box with the same identical glasses in a box of 4 priced at £5.99 for all 4 of them. I later saw the same glasses from the same manufacturer online for £4.88. Not on sale or offer. They are sold at Argos as well. So, no designer glasses. I don't know where they got the retail price of £7.99 for 4 from. But for 3 they happily charged me more than the retail price. The toilets are dirty and doors often don't close. Staff is usually very friendly.

A.The place is always pretty messy and filthy, makeup all broken, plates and pots downstairs. Food leaking about the place and stuff. Nonetheless, it's got about everything you'd expect to find there at relatively good prices. Returns are also always quick and easy.

A good place for bargain-hunting but as always with a TK Maxx, opportunism is everything - go in with an open mind and you may come out with lots or nothing. Next time will be different.

B. M.unfortunately I did not have a great experience at this store today. I had picked out sports clothes to buy it got into line to pay- i had to wait because the 2 shop assistants were talking about the trousers she had kept aside for herself. Then when I get to the till she doesn't even say hello. she then continued to discuss her trousers asking the other shop assistant what she should wear with it. The other shop assistant then got the shirt she was scanning from the customer next to me and said this would go nice!
Also I didn't see a manager on any floor to speak to- no wonder there was gossiping on the shop floor! shame has I brought a lovely top! xx

S. D.Love TK Maxx!! Every time I'm in town I drop in to see what new things they have in store. There are great handwashes for a very reasonable discounted price. I also buy my organic/vegan SLS free shampoo and conditioner from here. Although compared to the MRP they sell it for cheaper but it is more expensive than your generic name brand ie. Pantene, Herbal Essences etc. BUT you get a larger size and the shampoos and conditioners usually last me a good 4-5 months so it's a win! I also tend to buy my kitchen utensils and dishware from here sometimes because hey have some interesting/unique designs. Great place to buy gifts!! Will keep shopping here!!

J.Just my opinion here, but TK Max isn't what it used to be anymore - I recently went in for a pair of work shoes and was pretty close to buying a pair of Red Tape Boots but decided to Google the price first. A brand new pair in groupon was cheaper by £0.80, and about the same price in Amazon with delivery.
C.Bland and uninspiring store. Great if you a Male who needs either a "branded" suit or hoody/joggers. The home section is good though.

I think it's 4 floors; one contains kitchen and homeware, the next is like perfume and gifts, above that is girls clothing and then finishing with the men's section.
You can't go wrong with tk maxx and I've never had a problem here.
I get most of my kitchen equipment here and occasionally I'll treat my self to a tk maxx reduced designer shirt.
