Sooo much stuff for the house here, its dangerous going in and browsing or you get way more than you were aiming for. Staff are friendly and helpful, was missing an item on my order and they sorted it out for me. Lady marking order collections off as you arrive / greets you - who usually works on the curtains bit was lovely, good representative for the company... thanks Team. 😊

A well stocked shop with aisles big enough for wheelchair access. It also has toilets available while most other shops in the area don't. I'm not sure if they are wheelchair accessible but it certainly made my cross-legged wife happy!

Dunelm, is a home furnishing retailers where you can shop for bedding, curtains, furniture, beds and mattresses. I love it as the quality of their linen is fantastic. I bought Linen, 3 blankets one super soft blue for our bedroom, Two lime green as our dogs are always lying on the sofas it matches the carpet we got also from Dunelm. They just have everything you will need to kit out your home.

I am not a big fan of shopping, but this tends to be the go to place for the bits and pieces for the house - particularly bedding and curtains...! This particular store has parking outside in the retail area, a coffee shop and customer toilets. It is always fairly tidy and customer service is good. Card readers at tills need upgrading, have had issues twice with it not working correctly in past 6 months..!

Very poor staff blocking aisles with spilt products also products dumped on top of other stocks and lots with no price displayed,we enquired about a bed price and was told not on sale display only, had to use different route with wheelchair to get past two or three blocked aisles

You've got to love a trip to Dunelm's! You pop in for a certain something you're looking for then come away with lots more amazing bargains and wishing you could have bought much ,much more! The range of products are amazing from candles to bedding, light fittings to plates with so much more in between. There is also a small cafe on site too if you need a break. They have a click and collect service running too if you haven't got the time to ponder over their range in person. There is ample free parking outside including disabled parking and access and parent and child parking bays too. Very polite and knowledgeable staff who are readily on hand to assist or point you in the right direction if needed. Highly recommended store.

Lexi and Carmel were so wonderful and helpful. My bin was faulty and they really turned my week around with their support and assistance. Its always a let down when the product is faulty but these two valuable assets to the team more than made up for it. Will definitely be back to this store with the flawless customer service I've received!

Great shop for homewear. We found everything we wanted. Service slow because only two tills were open and it meant there was a long queue. My Assistant was very helpful but was under pressure. I am generally finding that wherever I go there is a sad lack of staff , what a shame because this is a very busy time of year and more money could be taken if there was only more staff.

Wonderful shop with good selection of household items in each department. Jason who helped us in selecting two rugs was SUPERB, he really wanted to help and placed rugs of the floor to help us compare them. Wonderful customer service and experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Always have enjoyed going to this store, always looked after by staff. Plenty of parking and level access and customer toilets.

I quite like this store, has a bit of everything for your home but not stuff you would find in a store like home bargains. It sells more expensive, branded and own label items like bed linen, bedding, lighting, curtains, cushions, bathroom and kitchen items. Sewing paraphernalia and a little furniture. Their cafe was closed due to covid and I didn't see if the toilet was still open. I didn't find their post lockdown sales that tempting, prices were still quite high. There is a small seasonal section which at the moment is garden based, so lovely accessories to brighten it up. The staff are nice and it was great to be greeted by staff who clean your pull along basket for your use in front of you. I believe they also offer a click and collect service as well.

Great store and happy to help staff. I along with several friends shop in the Colchester branch often. Several times we have mentioned putting a review online but don't seem to get around to it mainly because until today we didn't remember the name of the one person who stands out for us. His name is Bill. He works on the shop floor I think in the rugs as he's helped us there several times. But he seems pop up in other places. He is just so cheerful, helpful and nothing is too much bother. A real asset to a great store. Also great cafe!

Weve been looking for small chair for ages but when we went in we found exactly what we wanted and cheaper too. I askef the young sales assistant if he had a particular book case we had seen on the web so he ordered it for us. Great service. I was concerned about assembly as it was a flat pack. I needant have been as it was straight forward by far the best i have ever done. The quality of the book case was excellent. It doesn't look like a put together piece of furniture. I have just had Venetian blinds fitted from dunelm in colchester. I have to say what an incredible service and value I have been given. From the in store staff to the lovely Marcus that measured and fitted them. They look amazing. One very happy customer.

We have always found the service and products at Dunelm to be good but unfortunately today when my husband called to collect an order he desperately needed to use the toilet facilities. He has cancer and provided a Macmillan card showing that due to his treatment he needed urgent access to a toilet but he was refused. Unfortunately this caused him the embarrassment of having an ",accident".

The cushions I ordered became unavailable but I was only told when I got there after making the 30 minute drive! What is the point of reserving if you can't actually guarantee the item? Also, I was too slow to order and the pair of curtains I had my heart set on went out of stock in all nearby stores. Please tell me Dunelm, why can't you send a simple pair of curtains in the post? I wouldn't mind paying delivery it's just simply not an option. There isn't even the option to send it from the warehouse or store to another store which is ridiculous. Come on Dunelm, it's not rocket science! Get with the times.

Great store and plenty of items at reasonable prices. Web site is so out of date. If you choose click and collect they say the item is available within 3 hours even when it is out of stock. They have no method of checking stock in the store unless you telephone the store and then it takes ages for someone to go and look if they have any! Come on Dunelm this is the 21st century. Stock control and stock levels should be a priority. I ordered something for click and collect and someone phoned me the next day and said it was out of stock and I should phone them at the end of the week to see if it is in! Customer service is not too good on line.
