I would highly recommend EssexVacs because they are so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I inherited my Nanna's Dyson V6 and it stopped working. I needed it fixed as it is a good little vac and it was my Nans. It was collected and brought back, which was very handy plus it was all fixed for a reasonable price. I was so grateful and then we had an issue recently which I was advised how to fix myself. All sorted and I have one happy hoover.

I bought a Dyson from here aqbout 2 years ago and it's still going very strong - which is amazing as I have a number of small furry pets to clean up after! The chap listened to my needs, made a recommendation, and provided an excellent service - above and beyond, frankly. If I move out of the area I'm still going to try to get my next vacuum from here.

I thought I was going to need to buy a new cordless Dyson, as after speaking to Dyson customer service I was told they do not make parts for my hoover any more, which I've had about 4-5 years and they offered to sell me a new one. But Essex Vacs have repaired and serviced my Dyson and now it works as good as new. Will definitely use again. Thank you

I've taken my dyson DC07 to Essex Vacs twice now, in the last few years. Each time, I've thought it was headed for the scrap heap.... Each time, it's been fixed and reconditioned, at a fraction of the price of a new hoover. Great professional service, friendly, reliable. No worries
