G.I’ve had 2 faulty tv’s delivered and had a collection slot confirmed to be picked up and refunded.
They didn’t turn up or get in touch so I returned to the store today and got my refund, which incidentally the helpline staff said I couldn’t do.
Never again will I use the delivery service as it’s useless.
The staff member in store was very friendly helpful and understanding.

S. T.Due to Covid regulations it was click and collect only. Got the text and email straight after payment was made. Got to Argos to find a queue all the way to Matalans old exit. Thankfully the queue didn't take too long to go down and 10 minutes later we got to the door. Told the lady at the table our numbers and then had to stand to the side and wait again. A couple of minutes later our TV was brought out and the purchase was complete.
Everyone behaved well, kept socially distant and wore masks. Argos did what they could to make the collection as quick and painless as possible. Thank you.
