Great online service. My product audition went off without a hitch and Owner Carlo was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Also, very quick at shipping and informative throughout the process. I Can't recommend this company enough for anyone interested in great audio equipment!

Audiophilia is quite unlike any Hi fi stores . First it’s nestled in the streets of Edinburgh so quite a lovely journey to get to ( but very worth it) . Second you are greeted very warmly ( often with offer of a fresh brewed Espresso - take it ) and third it has one of the most diverse and interesting collections of brands around . The range is stunning , it’s very comfy to be in and there is no pressure only great , ( very knowledgable ) friendly advice ( regardless of budget) and plenty to just sit and listen to . Despite me being in Glasgow I visit when I can and have ordered some of my key components from Carlo , Gary and team - heading back very soon for next upgrade

Audio-philia took in my worn-out but beloved turntable, and managed to repair and restore it to an incredible standard. It now looks (and sounds) as good as new, despite being over 35 years old. The attention to detail and amount of care taken to provide such an excellent result was much appreciated. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and seemingly limitless knowledge of the staff make this a gem of a shop. Thanks especially to Carlo for taking the time to talk through the process and provide valuable information about my equipment and set-up. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him, and I look forward to visiting the shop again. I really recommend them if you have any audio equipment that needs a little bit of love to bring it back to its best.

I asked Carlo to fix a very old John Shearne amplifier. What a job! It sounds better than when it was new. His guys fitted all new components and restored it to better than new. All done with a laid back approach, a fantastic cup of coffee and absolutely no hard sell. I will be back to hear some of that astonishing kit he's got in the shop. Overall it was faultless. A great experience.

Carlo thanks for the good advice and coffee , it was worth travelling 1100 km to your store ! We are enjoying the Exposure 3010 S2d back in Rotterdam. Initially we were somewhat cautious to buy the amplifier abroad but your trustworthy advice and clear payment instructions helped us confident through the progress! Carlo, thank you service was excellent. I came across and old valve amp I built about 14 years ago and decided to give it an overhaul and fix a fault it had developed. Carlos has been in the business for years and really seems to know his stuff. I went in looking for a new basic turntable as mine was not working properly but, instead he fixed it for free :-).
