My letting agency organised Trinity Domestics to come and fix a leak coming from the drain pump filter of my washing machine. They called ahead to say to expect them between 12pm and 6pm, but also showed flexibility when I asked to be called 30 minutes prior they arrive, so I could pop home from work. They sent the nicest and most polite plumber, called Dan. He was quick, professional and efficient. He explained what the issue was and what to look out for should it happen again in the future. Thank you for everything, it is much appreciated!

After being left without a washing machine due to our old one packing in (we're a family of 5 and it's on 3 times a day!) we were quickly booked in to get a replacement fitted with Trinity. The element in my built in oven didn't work and I called Trinity Domestics. The engineer John came out the next day and identified the other wee issues with the oven I was living with. Within a couple of days John came back and fitted a new oven. John was friendly and wore PPE in accordance with the COVID guidelines at all times. The girls in the office were lovely and sorted everything. My old oven was taken away and they took the rubbish!

David from Trinity Domestics arrived today to fix our washer dryer which had been poorly reinstalled after another repair company tried to fix it. Trinity Domestics were sent out directly by BEKO so we didn't have to pay them as it was a fix under warranty but the level of service was excellent. David was very professional, treated the house and kitchen with respect (after the last company damaged the kitchen) and gave us some useful tips and advice. Would highly recommend.

Very quick service, actually got a house call on the weekend as well! Staff are polite and efficient. Only draw back for me was the large time slot for the repairs and a misdiagnosed fault (which was sorted afterwards, but dragged out a bit longer until it was fixed) which are the only reasons I'm not giving 5 stars.

Hired this company to replace my broken fridge/freezer during the early phases of the lockdown, and although hesitant they were understanding enough of how important getting my new fridge/freezer was important. Booked an appointment, and on that day they replaced my old fridge, installed a new one and took the old one away, all in about half hour. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will call them again should I ever have issues with my other appliances.

Trinity Domestics supplied and fitted a new washing machine for my son who has special needs. The staff I spoke to on the phone were super helpful and in conjunction with the engineers advised us which machine would best meet his needs. The machine they recommended was perfect for him. As far as I am aware, they are independent so can offer the best appliance regardless of manufacturer. The engineer who fitted the machine for him was very helpful and certainly knew his job. He was fantastic with my son, very understanding, efficient and cleaned up after he had fitted the appliance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trinity Domestics and will certainly use them again.

The Trinity Domestics engineer that came to fix our cooker hob was friendly and efficient. I was able to leave him in the kitchen while I returned upstairs to continue my work, and he called me down to try the hob once he'd made adjustments. It took a few attempts but he was patient and in just a few minutes we had it working. Would be happy to use them again.

I recently used Trinity Domestics to repair my oven and the service I received was excellent, even during the national lockdown. I spoke to Kym on the phone who was exceptionally friendly & helpful. She understood my concerns and put me at ease that she would get it sorted. I was called back within the hour and told that an engineer would be out in 2 days. Engineer was called Ali, very nice guy and had the oven sorted in 20 mins. Would highly recommend Trinity Domestics. Refreshing to deal with a company who trully puts the customer first.

I rent a property in Edinburgh having recently arrived from Galway, unfortunately my washer dryer broke only a week into the lease, nightmare! However this was resolved by Trinity Domestics barely 2 days later. The engineer who turned up mid morning and was polite professional and very approachable. He made me feel at ease straight away. I am not certain the engineer really help at all. There was motor noises at the fridge/freezer. The time he came; there was no noise as you imagine noise will not run continuously 24/7. I show him the recorded noise. He just said it was strange. He did not even inspect the back of the fridge to see if it is the faulty condenser fan or evaporator fan motors which might be the cause as it is only 3 years old as it should not be the compressor. The Director knew my dissatisfaction and came to my home to have an inspection, I am impressed but wait for his suggestion to see it works.

Needed a replacement washing machine urgently as family member was in hospital. John Lewis quoted a reasonable price but because they use third party company to install and dispose of old machine they were quoting a timescale of 9 days. Contacted Trinity Domestics on the Monday afternoon. They quoted same price as John Lewis without my prompting and my new machine was delivered and installed lunchtime on the following Wednesday, a whole week earlier than John Lewis could manage and old machine taken away. Superb service - it definitely paid off to think of and use a local company.

Awful! My washing machine was playing up, stopping a few minutes into the cycle, then worked again after I switched the power off and on. When the engineer arrived he didn't ask about this fault but rattled the drum and told me the bairings were about to go which could flood my kitchen. I explained the actual fault and he told me I would need a new part which would be too expensive considering the bairings were going to break anyways. He then tried to sell me a new washing machine. I paid (wasted) £40 call out fee. The AEG engineer fixed the machine a few days later and said there's no way you could tell the bairings were about to break just by rattling the drum. Never again! Ian, the owner of the company, got in touch to apologise for the bad customer service and refunded the £40 call out fee. Much appreciated! Thank you.
