Went into the store at 4.30pm Tuesday I bought a couple Christmas decorations nice young lady served me. Went home and went to get my handbag couldn’t find it. Phoned The Range had substantial amount of cash keys and cards personal things. Young lady I spoke to said yes you left it in trolley ifs safely upstairs. All intact! Thank you Range very impressed.

Love the Range. I bought Christmas baubles in Dobbies for £3.99. Got the same baubles in the Range for £1.79. Dobbies pack better and give better service. Service extremely poor in the Range but I tolerate it due to the prices. I had to ask for something to wrap the glass baubles then wrap them in the brown paper myself as the queue was too long. It was in Paisleyso I felt an inconvenience. If the service was better they would have got full marks.

I was looking for poster and certificate frames, I got an A3 frame for only £2.99, couldn't get a frame for the certificate in a close size but got larger one which gives a 30mm border all around and has a frame, £5.89 cost.

The store covers household goods, every day items as well as outdoor. Good selection of most items. They have a cafe on the first floor which has a reasonable selection of items. Plenty of parking in the small retail park which also has a Currys and Pets for You stores.

Visited the Range East Kilbride to get some Christmas decorations. What a fantastic array of things. It was just lovely walking around the upstairs level. Everything you could possibly need to decorate your house or tree. Lots of toys as well. Kids would love having a walk around the store. Got everything I was looking for at very reasonable prices. The Range is based around a easily accessible small group of shops, has extensive collection of goods, plus, an area on the first floor, even in these Covid times, to have a seat, a drink and a snack with a toilet facility. Very helpful staff, the young lady serving in the rest area was polite and courteous and a pleasure to meet. Well worth a visit.

Shopping here was great today, in previous visits the shop floor has had lots of unattended roll cages and packaging in the aisles. Not today clean, tidy, lots on the shelves and more people put on the tills when a queue started Also great value for money on the bits and bobs we bought 👍

They've got a surprisingly large range of items in this shop (sorry for the poor pun). As well as the usual low price items you would expect they've also got a lot of big brand names at lower than average prices too. My son especially likes the art department which is really well stocked. My only criticism would be that it's only September and they've got Christmas decorations out already. That's a step too far for me 😜.

Before visiting the store we had phoned up to ask if they hand the specific stock in question. Not only did the person go in finder stock but also kindly reserved the amount that we needed and put it in customer services. Appoint collection of the stock we were greeted by the same Gentleman with a happy and helpful demeanor. We asked about other items which the staff where more than happy to help us find. All staff members that we passed but also happy to ask if we needed any more assistance. Good range of stock at reasonable prices and well-maintained store. Visit 17.6.19 around 13.00

I tend to go between Lidl and The Range particularly when buying bird food as if one doesn't have it the other one does. I also buy some of their tools as I am a bit of a DIYer especially when there is gardening to be done. I also wait for the boxes of plants to come in as I find them a very good price and value.

Love this place sells pet stuff. Diy bedding lighting mirrors crafts kitchen cleaning toiletries choc items ornamental items for bedroom living room and also has cafe. Lots of parking spaces. Also has lift at back of shop.

Love this big shop. Fast becoming my go to place for DIY and cleaning products. It always offers quality items at price far cheaper than the nearby B&Q and Homebase. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait to be served and the queueing system can be a bit chaotic. Otherwise though, it's great.

A very good retailer to have in East Kilbride always something to catch your eye. Upstairs we' my wife and i bought several items stencils jenga and some canvas for painting and more. Worth a visit.

Staff friendly, but had an overflowing basket plus carrying extra items including duvet and 4ftblind carried by hand by myself. Asked if OK at till to take tolley basket out to my car to unload, knowing alarm might go off, told OK. Then to have manager running after me to check everything when it did , cd see I was struggling... Told me to bring basket back. Seriously? Expected a bit of help to car, after spending over £100!!

A very decent shop selling loads of things at decent prices. My only moan would be the aisles are quite cramped and when it is busy you find yourself getting stuck as two people struggle to squeeze by in places. Normally no major queues to wait in, definitely worth a visit.

One of the Staff called Jamie in Dee Dees cafe has very good attention to detail in that when i asked for two pieces of the wheat free lemon drizzle cake he took the time to go and wash his hands so as not to cross contaminate which i thought was going above and beyond and looking after the welfare of his customers so a big pat on the back for him

This used to be one of my favourite places to shop but seems to have become a bit more expensive lately. Now there is lots of competition near by with the opening of Home Bargains and Home Store. I have been finding better value and greater choice in these stores.

There were two people at one till and one at another. The one actually serving was taking an age and the queue was building up behind us. The two at customer services were talking to each other while a man was on the phone and only after about ten minutes waiting the one with the paperwork said to the young lad could he jump on the till. Not once did she move from her paperwork to lessen the queue which by now was right up the aisle. Customer service was poor tonight I'm afraid, I'm sure whatever she was doing could have waited 5 minutes to lessen the queue.

Waited a long time at the till , customer service staff right beside the till chatting to each other. When they finally decided to do some work and open a till another customer pushed in front of me. The staff did nothing even though they had seen me waiting for ages. Packing boxes all over the place. Other bargain shops have Bette quality stuff.

If I could give -1 star it would. Product price different when I got to the till, when queried I encountered the most rude response from customer service advised Andrew. No time, bad attitude and pure ignorance to say the least. Customer service? Needs serious training and new front of service to say the least. Of course I called and spoke to the store manager who apologized, but I felt that was just lip service. So I won't be using the range again and will be telling family and friends not to use the range.
