Always good service here. And always new items to peruse. The menu & cakes aren't as good in the cafe these days but the coffee is good. We were there for 'click & collect' this time, which was a simple speedy process.

Well stocked but can get a bit busy and a bit muddly at times. Friendly staff and a small coffee shop onsite upstairs. Large carpark but badly designed. It's ok.

Nice home store, different range of products, has a service for cut to size curtains and table cloth . Has toilet and coffee shop there too.

Not great for click and collect as no separate counter is available they seem to have only one device to share between all tills to handle online orders. Also when there is a problem with the prepaid items there doesn't really seem to be any processes in place for the staff to follow. In our case we had to wait about 15 minutes for a particular member of staff to become available and then they had find an additional staff member. So all in all an unsatisfactory experience, mostly down to rules the staff have to follow

The store was busy but not crowded when we visited. Many of the restrictions within the store had been lifted making it easier to navigate the store and there was more stock. Despite the lifting of the restrictions it was good to see that everyone was still wearing their face masks and maintaining social distancing.

Managed to buy net curtains of the size and quality we needed at a reasonable price and had a decent cup of tea in the pleasant cafe on the upper floor. Excellent lift to get you there if your knees aren't up to it. Fairly quiet mid day mid week when we were there

Good store but the people that's help are in the own world, I know people have own task to do jobs but when you enter the store there's no eye contact and the sales assistant are always 10m away and don't seem to know alot about products.. and items like rugs are nice but quality doesnt seem as good and alot more selection on there site but but when you go and see the product live one would hope it would be in store and have better selections.

Not great customer service. Asked for a fabric sample. Assistant didnt ask what fabric, didn't even get up, just told me to order samples from the website. Got home, checked website, no samples for that fabric. Thanks for a wasted trip! Otherwise the staff were helpful and the stock is good, varied, colourful and inexpensive.

Food was average quality. Not really full of taste. Shame really. And additionally cutlery was unheigenic with jam still attatched to a tea spoon in the cutlery tray. I think this place needs to really think about heigene as well as being faster with service. If there is too little staff, they should think about employing more staff. I am unsatisfied.

Brilliant quality, affordable prices. Great plants for garden. Has a cafe inside which is good earlier and later. Too busy for lunch time unless they hire two more staff to avoid messy tables and long time for your food to come. Free parking, no pounds needed for trolly. Brilliant home, garden and light selection. Always a car parking space, no matter what time of day. Buses very close, along London Road. Enjoy !

Love Dunelm and if you are looking for curtains as we were you are spoilt for choice , really nice quality and the designs are great. Plenty of parking and you can have a coffee if you feel it's all too much!!

Dunelm has a lot of stuff. If you're looking for a fan (given this is the 8th week of tropical climates in the UK with temperatures peaking 34° in Suffolk) don't look in Dunelm. They have none. Someone in orders missed a perfect opportunity to clear up there. You'd be better off buying an emergency beach towel as they are on offer at the moment. If you're looking for a green resin and flock sheep then Dunelm is perhaps the best place to shop for it. Put it in your garden and look at it while you melt.

It occupies refurbished premises. Good for household items. Cafe was busy. Toilets clean and fresh. Lift to top floor as well as stairs.

Not far From Ipswich centre, has I believe 4 equally well known busy stores in the close vicinity. Has a large car park which is off the main road. The Dunelm store is stocked with lots of items for the home from bedding to blinds carpets utensils etc. So much to chose from at very competitive prices, I was spoilt for choice. Highly recommended.
