Generally a well-stocked establishment. Staff moderately helpful. There was one major problem. We noticed that the hand-gel dispensers were practically empty. I reported the matter immediately to an assistant who said that she would have it attended to immediately. When we left 30 minutes or so later they were still empty. What is the point of claiming that they take Covid seriously when, on this occasion at least, they clearly don't.

Came in with no expectations came out smiling ear to ear saved myself £564 both the 2 and 3 seater sofas were on offer one was £699 the other £349 but with the sale I was astonished to only pay 484 DELIVERED the sofas felt very comfy compared to other so called leading companies and much much cheaper 😀 I was served by an extremely helpful young lady called Emma if there's another Emma this one was very pretty she was very busy but took time to organise my sofas explained all the deliveries details and also showed me the 5 year warranty options which i am having too. Thanks Emma for your help you are a star if l am honest sometimes the service can be abit non existent at this store so I'm lucky 8 chose Emma to assist me whoever the manager is please pass on my review to your head office

The Range have some lovelly products, but stock levels are a real issue. Buying homeware can be so disheartening beacuse there never seems to be a complete matching set of any design.

Always annoys me when you ask where something is and a staff member just points to where they 'should' be 'if they've got them' so you just carry on wondering around in case you're just not seeing them. Would take 20 seconds to just show me. The guy was verbally helpful at least.

Excellent customer service at the Ipswich, London Road branch from Daniel Davidson. Bought some patio slabs and he couldnt have been more helpful. He organised someone with a forklift to move bags of stones and then had it brought to our car. Even got us some cardboard to put between them. So helpful. Thankyou Daniel 😀

I love the Range, massive two storey store with a large range of almost anything you would need, from home to garden to pets. Good prices, ample parking and a elevator for disabled to get to second floor.

Doesn't matter how many times I visit and go for one particular thing I always come out with more. Staff are very helpful if you need a hand getting anything downstairs or to your car and service is quick when going through the till. Being able to park right outside is a huge bonus too.

The layout of this store is very unusual and leads to a bottleneck at the till end. The "quiet" side could easily be where the tills are, so that the busy cafe and food sections where lots of people are could be busy without causing issues at the tills. The escalator is the other side of the store from the lift and the lift is poorly signposted. So if you have a trolly you have to go back and forth through the whole store. Some furniture is flat pack and some is just "take from the shelf" but not labelled as such. I was able to get most things I needed though I didn't feel I could browse anywhere near the tills as it's too cramped in that area.

Overall a good store for home things! Love that there is always a member of staff at the front giving out hand gel too! Amazing for homeware, cleaning products, toiletries, halloween & Christmas decor! Staff are very friendly and chatty too ☺️

All sorts of bits and pieces you might need, or just decide you have to have. Lots of stuff for crafters, and a wide range of reasonably priced home and garden stuff. You might need a more specialist shop for certain highly specialised items, or expensive versions, but one stop that can meet most of your needs if you have a shopping list.

This place is absolutely amazing!! I have been looking all over town for a present for my little brother, and found out that they do these little construction kits that look like a house, so I got one of those and wanted it to be painted like the house from "up" and one of the staff there helped me loads as I'm color blind and didn't actually know what colors they had or what I needed, but this lady helped me so much to get it exactly like the real house, and my little brother loved it 10/10 for pretyy much everything!

There isn't to much to say about the range. It's one of my favourite shops and I love going there just for a long browse. The home decor items are right up my street and you can't complain about the value for money! This is a great place to go if you need to grab a few arts and crafts items and you can always grab a quick coffee in the cafe before you head on home to admire your purchases!

The range is a good place to shop if you have special interest like arts and crafts. Specialist art pencils and adult colouring books Also gardening, homewares, small toys department, some dried food , soft drinks. This is some of what they offer. Dede's cafe at both branches is excellent. The price is a bit higher but well worth it for quality of food and coffee. The staff are so good and friendly. Overall very good experiences thanks to the dedicated hard work of staff. I wish more staff were so helpful specially as I am disabled. They really help me a lot.

Brilliant selection of home and garden items. Very good prices on the basics and some excellent value large garden planters. Bbq items were on special.offer and we got everything we needed and them some. Tills were busy and they could have had more staff but ample parking and easy to get to from the main roads.

A large store with lots of choice and pretty good quality. A wide range of things for the home, I'm told their craft offering is pretty good too. It is in essence a discount store so don't expect high end items. The worst part is the payment tills, there are only a few which are rarely all open. Be prepared to queue for a long time!

I was looking for some furniture - a staff member offered to help, found the items and then volunteered to carry the items to the checkout for me. I was also able to find exactly what I was looking for in another department. Although my total spend was about £40, I was treated as though I was spending 100s. Very pleased indeed.

Great shop, but don't go into it within half an hour of it opening as (in their own words when asked) they "only opened 30 minutes ago and are not ready on the tills yet". They should be ready for when they open!! Poor management. I spent a good while waiting while one lady served and another stood next to her shuffling papers. There was 9 of us in the queue. Good shop with some lovely items, just let down by staff management - which is why i haven't given 5 stars.

First time ever going to 'the range' and now I can see why some people like it and some hate it. It sells a lot of items and some are rather good but if you take power tools for example then your not going to get anything of a high standard. If its odd things your after then this migjt be the place for you, the store has a good selection of most things ranging from garden equipment to home improvements as well as hobbies and general interests. My only issue is that it could be better presented.

Products are not great quality but if your shopping on a budget them you can't complain. The only issue with this store is the location, at the weekend it gets so busy it takes a while getting out of the car park. However, I have heard that they are looking to relocate to the old B&Q site on Bury road which will make visiting the store at the weekend so much easier.

After moving room, it was time to redecorate and style it how me and my lady wanted to, the range had almost everything we needed but unfortunately didn't have the lamp we where after but had the display model for it, our trolley was full and almost overflowing boxes, extension cables, curtains and more, we pulled up to the pay point, only to find there was one till open out of the 4 present, the queue was long but after a while we paid and where on our way to decorate the room, staff was helpful when looking for specific items and we enjoyed browsing. If we ever need to add to our fantastic room again we will swing buy and get that blimming lamp that was out of stock.

Got a good range of products but dropped quite the a bit of the amount they now stock, never had a large stock of real high quality fishing tackle but had quite a large selection of bits and pieces, this has now been cut drastically to now not really worth bothering abou at all, not that everybody came here for fishing tackle anyway, but they have a good range of other products though,pets, gardening, great for school kids supplies etc, curtains, blinds and household stuff, good range of cheap tools, (not for pro's) but good for those one off jobs. Major downfall is shop location, try parking in here and getting out on a busy day, could take you over 30 mins to get out of here on a real busy weekend. Sorry but had to take a whole star rating off just because of the very poor access problem. I've seen idiots driving through the pedestrian crossing's just to save themselves a few minutes, watch out where your walking on these days.

Always a difficult store to find anything and floor staff are allusive if there at all. Customer service desk is slow to deal with queuing customers. In my limited experience they chose to deal with one customer at a time even when waiting on other staff to respond to the a customer query.

Generally they have everything. Normally things you didn't know you needed haswell as the things you specifically went in for. Queuing is usually the only downside but range, price and value will outweigh this.

Didn't notice any Parking Eye signs regarding parking time restrictions but you'll want to check before you assume no time limits apply. On the face of it, it looks like there are none.
