Lots of stock and lovely displays. A very helpful staff member in the garden section advised me on their products. They have some lovely Christmas items including a multi coloured Christmas tree. That's the first one of those I've seen! I had an issue when I got to the tills as a bag I'd chosen came up as £5.99 instead of the £2.33 marked on the shelf where I'd got it from. I asked them to honour the price displayed and they said it was against their policy. I argued this and the manager showed me the label on the shelf wasn't actually matching the barcode of the item I wanted. In fact there was no label for that item anywhere. They apologised that it wasn't properly marked and I left with the bag paying full price. To be honest, I was rather rude to the staff at one point and I apolgised to them for that and suggested they display their store policy - in store. They were very good about it and I can't fault their service. I apologise once again and thank the staff for their professional attitudes.

Love this store, friendly and helpful staff, toilets are so convenient when you have kids! The Cafe was busy and the lady was run off her feet but she was friendly and welcoming and nothing too much effort. My only feedback is the lack of price labels generally.

Honest David's reviews This place is getting better. Easy to get to from the A14 or from Ipswich town. They have most things you want and most of the time stuff is in stock and at a reasonable price. Good amount if staff on the floor and they generally know where items are... Down side... Tills... There is normally a que, especially at busy times, they have numerous till but I have never seen more than 2 or 3 open EVER. T It's a nice bright shop, loads in there and free parking.. loses one star for the stupid trolley £1 again. (I never remember it). So it's a good 4 **** from me.

Fantastic evolving and growing retail park with quite a good selection of outlets all within easy reach of Ipswich and the A14. Ample free parking including disabled parking spaces and parent and family too. Highly recommended

We have used the store for a few years and today I checked to see if a £2 item was available. So the assistant Jo checked on the stock , but was not sure, so she rang me to say there was an alternative piece available. All that for a small item. Thank you Jo and The Range.

The staff came to the rescue at 4.15 on a Sunday. Was in need for gift bags for our event. Staff searched every corner of the store to help us. We managed to find 130 gift bags. We left extremely relieved as we had an event that evening. Thank you

Now that the shops are open again and we're all finding things to do we decided to walk to the retail park (about 5km). A friend had been busy during lockdown and organised her dry good (porridge, lentils, flour etc.) and I thought it was such a good idea that I went around the shops at the retail park to find similar Mason jars. After comparing the prices between The Range and other shops, The Range was the cheapest and did the best (nice looking) Mason jars. I original wanted only a couple but I ended up buying 8 for £2.99 each! Cheap as chips!!! My under-stairs cupboard has never been as organised. Also the cafe looks good and I'll be trying it out once it opens.

Had a lovely young guy help me today at the Anglia retail park Range . Bailey was on the pet and garden dept, I asked if there was any mid price animal hay, he said he thought so but would be a case of asking someone to get it in warehouse as was up high. He came back 10 mins later with a big flat bed full. He was really polite, and didn't mind helping atall. Some people would have said if it's not out no sorry, but he tried really hard to make sure I left happy with what I'd come in for. Thankyou Bailey :)

Visited the range today, as usual, the doors have been changed so that you are able to enter by one door only and exit by a different door. There is hand sanitizer available at the entrance and this whole system works extremely well. The store is well set out, clean and well stocked making an enjoyable trip.

Collected garden furniture after Hollie rang me as promised when the chair was in stock. True to her word the parcel was labelled up and 2 members of staff put it in my car for me. Helpful, polite staff. Well stocked shelves. Plenty of choice. Nice home decor items with a large choice of wallpapers and home furnishings. I really enjoyed looking at all the pictures and decorative items. I particularly liked the candles and candle holders. I was helped by a member of staff to find cable tidies and I was shown all the different types they had in stock and I was talked through how they could be used to resolve the issue of unsightly wires. I was pleased with the results. I thoroughly recommend the Range.

It has a vast selection of items and would seem the go-to place to find and every day item. However, on recent visits we scoured the aisles but no luck. The items we were unable to find were a digital clock and an electric heated clothes drying rack.

Large store which is kept tidy. We often come here and always say the same thing. The staff obviously do not want to be there. I get it retail right what do I expect? A little achknowledgement, a smile or maybe not blanking people when they ask a question/ require help. I thinking he risk for theft wasn't so high in this store they could save a fortune on self service counters

When the new store opened I thought it would obviously transcend the old one...but actually this store falls a bit short. There doesn"t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to where things are in store. Toys are in 2 places,camping gear is in 2 places, mobile charging wires are next to kitchen bins and stock isn"t always well stocked. Saying that the craft section is better laid out than the older store so you can actually see what you want but selection is patchy depending what you need. The Range does sell a range of items and if you've gone out for a wander it is ideal.I guess everyone needs to visit and once seen you'll know yourself if it might have what you need. Plus point is huge carpark which you can access easily.

I went in with my partner as she wanted a stand out piece from the xmas decorations isle. The range had a great range of decorations and things that we could have easily been temted to buy but on this occasion we managed to have restraint. We saw a light up christmas dear that we liked however there was only a display item left on the shelf ,this did not discourage us though as we then asked if we could have the one on display. The range worker decided to check out back for us to see if they had anymore. They did not have anymore but they were waiting on delivery sobwhat the lady suggested was to take our name and number and inform us once new stock was in ...so now we wait but i was very pleased with the customer service we were given

We have visited this store on a number of occasions for different household and gardening items and have always been satisfied with our purchases.

One of the best shops in area with a good selection of everything (well it seemed like it) Had a Scone and Americano coffee for £4 in their cafe that was nice. Plenty of car parking, I would say shop here before Brexit as a lot comes from the EU and prices will go up for sure when we leave because that's what people voted for. I picked up some priced down candles that when got to check-out the assistant had to wait for a manage to approve this must of taking over 10 minutes, not good when is busy on a Saturday and people waiting in the queue for same check-out. They need a better system if they reduce the price of items.

A bit of an Alladin's cave really. I do like the imaginative household ideas; paintings, mirrors, clocks etc. Something to suit all tastes. It doesn't stop there though. So many other things for house and home. Well worth a visit.

Could not locate the goods I was looking for, namely a pale coloured shower curtain or Art Institute craft glitter glue, the Range stocked this in the past but the assistant did not know what it was. Very friendly staff only thing that stopped me giving five stars was the time we waited to collect from customer services this should not be a another till it course problems when you have to wait not only for the customer to finish but when they forget something and have to go looking for it. I must have waited 20/30 mins just to pick up my items. Not all at customer service but I had to go there then wait for two colleagues to find my items.

A great store! Huge with so many things! Even has a nice cafe so you can have a cup of tea after or before your shopping!

It's a newer, brighter store than another one in the area. Some, if not most of the sections seem better organised and a slightly better range of goods. Just the one entrance /exit area at the front unlike the other which has one of each. Garden and or outdoor section as well as the pet section is smaller by quite a bit. I've seen bigger balconys on a town centre block of flats. Or put it another way, it's just under half the outdoor coverd area of the other store.

We got what we needed but were hugely put off by all the awful Christmas stuff tripping you up (literally in my case, I have mobility issues and the display at the front doors stopping people, causing me to wait to get past people and almost falling was quite aggravating.) Also, ITS NOVEMBER. you do not need Xmas music everywhere and idiotic Xmas junk everywhere already. Very annoyed and put off.
