Excellent service from Leeds Gas Showroom. Having just bought a new house, I needed new everything. So, new washer, fridge and oven ordered and installed. We had a built in oven before and Rob who came to do the install did the best job fitting the new standalone oven. I was prepared to lose the small cupboard to the right, have to replace the floor and half the wall tiles. However, the guy who came managed to cut out the old inbuilt and beautifully install the new one. Saved me from having to replace the floor and retile the wall! Brilliant job. 100% would recommend.

Great set of people, knew what they are on about. Very friendly and gave lots of advice. Got an engineer visit to help advise on costs of installation, it costs £25, but they are coming from Leeds(30 miles round journey or there abouts). He will also discuss what might be suitable for the room. Looking forward to his visit which is tomorrow, so really quick as only went into showroom today. Well done guys.

Excellent shop. Great advice on which washing machine to buy from Peter and John. Really easy company to deal with as they respond immediately to phone calls and emails unlike big national chains. I have just had a fire fitted by Leeds gas showroom, an excellent job carried out very professionally ,,from the engineer to the showroom staff who have very good product knowledge, I am delighted with the fire , and the work done , I would recommend this showroom to anyone .

We've just taken delivery of a Celsi fireplace suite. Very impressed with the service from start to finish. From walking into the showroom, & being approached by really helpful staff, being given brochures that were really appropriate to what we were looking for, ringing to obtain a great price and placing our order. Delivery arrived within the time period given and within the 2 hour time window. Big thanks to the two lovely guys who delivered, they could not have been more polite & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service that we need to see more of from other suppliers. Thank you Leeds Gas Showroom.

I feel I have to comment on the excellent service I have received from the staff at the Leeds showroom. Not only when I was buying our Cooker but after care when we had a problem and could not get through to Hotpoint's help line after hanging on nearly 1 hour. The ladies at the shop went above and beyond to sort it out and I feel are a credit to the store. It is not often you get such service once a deal has been completed. Once again a big thank you. Mr & Mrs Sellars.
