I’ve had a great experience with this business. We bought a whirlpool washing machine which was quick and seamless. They lent us a trolley out of good will to make moving it easier. We noticed a slight issue with the machine at the start, and the owner quickly rectified it out of hours. Kind and friendly service, would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic resource for the lucky people of Leicester! Two and a half hours after walking into the shop, and receiving excellent service, I had a fabulous up market Siemens machine installed in my Rutland home, my old one taken away and I got change from £200! 6 month warranty too. Almost too good to be true. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your white goods, and for the sake of the environment

I have bought several items from Foxes domestic appliances, all of which have been in excellent condition and lasted several years. The service is always excellent and on the one occasion I had a fault with my fridge, the follow up service was prompt and the problem was fixed straight away. I honestly don't think I would buy brand new again as the prices and quality are so good from here.

wow, what can i say, these guys Know their stuff, fault diagnosis over the phone for condenser dyer! (now working), and purchased a top of the range 9Kg bosch washing machine, there back up service is fantasic aswell, they sold my mother a machine 7 years ago , good to go again after they repaired it!!
