Always had good service at this branch. The retail park itself can be difficult to get to if you don't know the road layout and the speed bumps in the car park are plentiful and harsh.

Due to COVID-19, this store is a "buy, pay online and collect at store". You need to bring your order details with you and you will be greeted at the door if the store. You are not able to enter the store. Once you give your details your items are quickly delivered. There is plenty of parking and the service is quick and friendly.

Good Argos store. Does get bit busy so staff sometimes get rushed off their feet. But it's ok. Just come when it's not busy if you can. Good location with free parking. Plus other retail outlets so good place to come shopping all together.

Friendly staff and quick service. Always a pleasant experience shopping here even on Saturdays. There are two Argos shops nearer to me but I prefer to drive to this one as it's so stress free.

Local, easy to get to and Parking can always be found outside. What more could you ask for from an Argos? Reserved online and left straight away, and my order was ready by the time I arrived there about 10 minutes later.

Free parking, public transport okay serviced by a few buses. Walking distance from other shops I use frequently, wicks building supplies and Maplin. Good shopping experience in Argos also. Would have given 5 stars if there was a tube or train station near by.

Had forgotten my debit card, they don't take contactless payments so phone wasn't useful. Had to Buy online and pickup at the store, whilst being sat outside it! Pretty much what you'd expect from an Argos, with lovely, smiling staff!

I always find Argos staff very friendly,polite and helpfull. Today I had a problem because the wrong number was printed in the new catalogue. A young lady,very efficiently and diligently found the error with a very nice smile. Staff are trying their hardest to keep customers satisfied with prompt service. But they are seriously understaffed. Management need to act as this is unfair on staff, people moaning and treating staff rudely because of the delay in waiting time.

Well I travel to the store using my taxi card and my wheelchair!Bought a few things some expensive large and others brought home.Not been busiest Argos been to.Sales staff been great,non patronising and friendly.I think warehouse alittle bashful,well can tell them if they are shy I am relatively new to it.Self propelled June u til now.Good store service is fine queue's not a problem.Going for Schreiber and binoculars today lights for the balcony and one pre ordered home security safe.Of course by cab.
