Nice things in Dunelm for the home. A big selection of items, soft furnishings, carpets, mats and bedding, etc. And kitchen ware items amongst other items. I was in there for quite a while every time I visit. There is a lot to see, and look at. I like the store and variety I found what I was looking for bed linen and quilt covers and pillows. And they are nice the quality etc.

Wide choice, great if you want to browse for home furnishings etc. Great selection of curtains, ready made and made to measure, but if you want help with ordering etc. you might have to wait for an assistant, but that seems the case with most larger stores these days.

The store is a home maker’s heaven. Got some diffusers i thought were lovely but was extremely underwhelmed when i started using them at home. The range of the smell doesn’t spread across the room. It appears they are good for small spaces like guest bathrooms.

Poor customer experience. Staff are a bit non existent here. You have to look for them rather than them looking after you. Items however are cheap and cheerful!

NICE SIMPLE HOME ITEM SELECTIONS If all stocked, nice selection of home products. Bedding, Nets & Curtains & various Blinds vertical/horizontal (ready made or made to measure with material selections), curtain pole kits and seperate, sponges and materials for cushions, kitchen pots pans utensils cutlinary, household items. Many tills. EMAIL RECEIPT AVAILABLE. Remember to give them your email at till so that if you lose receipt, they will accept email as receipt. Very useful. LARGE LIFT - 2 FLOORS There are two floors. A Large lift is to the RIGHT side of store. Wheelchair use is possible but may have slight difficulty when busy. TOILETS? Don't know. Didn't use. PARKING? Many spaces in main car park outside in front of store. WARNING: check maximum stay for parking on notice. If you overstay, talk to staff BEFORE leaving. Staff - Found on the day New staff more available and willing to help than unavailable busy older staff. But from previous visits experience generally ALL staff quite okay really, willing to help to completion. CAFÉ. There is nice café upstairs with seating and space. Surprised. Suitable for mums and dads family. But be careful of steep steps nearby blocked by little pillars. Use large lift instead. Careful of slight congestion of products sometimes near front section inside store. But I personally find it welcome.. more to see. Store closes promptly. Come early and browse.

They have great sales and if you are like me, always on the look for things that I can use for props in my work, this is a great store. My favourite part of the store is the upstairs area where I can find fabrics and bows and crafty items. Toilets are available upstairs for customers and staff are always nice and helpful. Great deals every time I visit.

I love so many of the items here but often the garden planters are cracked so i have to leave them behind. Also there are always long queues at the til and no-one bats an eyelid. Today I waited 18 minutes in a queue with one person serving. She was lovely but no acnowldementof the crazy wait

I picked up my order using click & collect. When I called in earlier by phone I listened to a message that was to say was quite neutral, not friendly. Then I held on and all of a sudden there was an abrupt message stating that no one could help me, the cut off! That was that, not friendly or professional. I humbly suggest that the managers consider that this aspect of their business is just as important as someone coming in to the store. So, as they do say: EVERY little helps. The collect aspect of my purchase went well.

I managed to get what I wanted. However when it came to pay, there was a long wait. Only 2 tills open, both serving customers with full shopping trolleys of goods. Staff should have asked for help with getting the queue down. My visit was at 10.30am.

Very organised shop with good prices. However the queue to pay is very sloowwww! You spend more time in the queue to pay than you do shopping around! Its so slow all the time regardless of day or time of the day. Its really exhausting. There'senough tills but all not being used. I mean i get its socialdistancing and all but more tills could be opened! Or self check option or deploy staff from arranging stuff on the shop floor to help out at the check out instead.

Dunelm are alright you know. I used to slyly gun them back in the day but to be honest I'm eating my words now. Their quality is actually pretty decent. They have remained open during tier 4 for collection and they are also doing delivery. Thanks

I was really quiet impressed with this place. Came in handy for lots of things around the home. Better to click and collect as stock might be an issue. But don't forget the wallet and be prepared to spend money on things you probably didn't intend to go for. Some things are quite fairly priced

I visited store on a Sunday. It was bright, clean. Staff very friendly. Parking is free. Good range of items. I purchased some blackout curtains and was helped by the assistant to make sure I got the right size. Blackout curtains really great. They make room quite dark. Overall pleased with my experience of Dunelm at Staples Corner.

This shop is amazing. Has such a huge selection of products over 2 floors. Toilets and cafe also located inside. Staff are very helpful and there's plenty of them. Lots of parking located outside as it's on a retail park. Disabled bays just outside the front doors. They also have a lift inside for those that can't use the stairs. Lots of offers inside. The bedding, towel and lights section is huge. If your looking for anything for the home please visit here you won't be disappointed.

They have nice items. Curtains quality are great and prices are reasonable. Only in one occasion, we bought something and it went 50% under offer few days later. So I took our unused item back and asked for a refund to buy it with a discounted price. The manager said no you cannot refund just for the price difference! Which did not make sense at all as I can refund any unused item for any reason after few days! Anyways I refund it and immediately bought another one on front of the manager and told her this is possible! So next time don’t say to your customers that you cannot refund just for the price!

Visited Dunelm in Staples Corner today Wednesday 21/08/10. Very polite and friendly young lady that served me and my family. Food was lovely. Her customer service skills are fantastic. Always smiling. She works incredibly hard. Will definitely recommend Dunelm cafe. Could do with another member of the team to lend a hand. It would be lovely if she knows about the feed back. 😊

Yes, the prices are highly competitive and, yes, the quality is pretty good. The problem is that everything feels like a time-warp trip back to the 1980s. "My ex would have loved this stuff", I confided to 'Er Indoors as we checked out the Staples Corner branch. "And when did you bust up,?", she replied, "1985, wasn't it?!". Point taken.

Love the store not the parking restrictions. I have high functioning autism and as a result struggle with time management. I am also very perticular and micro manage details. I like to read the labels of all the products that I may purchase as I love to aquire knowledge, especially in my prosses of making an informed diction about what would be the best product for me. As you can guess this takes up a lot of my time in a shop! So due to this I often get parking tickets for being overstayed in the car park. I would like the store to make an exseption for those with autism so that we can shop without being penalised for our inability to managed time and intense need to micro manage. This is another example of how disabled people suffer social and financial deprivation in a nuro typical world, that could easily be helped by changing or exstending policy's on time, to provide more equality due to our needs.

There's very little to be able to tell the difference between Homesense and Dunelm. It's a good shop with some good bargains to be had. Dunelm and Homesense are interchangeable so if you're looking for something that one doesn't have, try the other one. Gets pretty busy on a weekend, but the service at the tills is quick.

I'm a huge fan of Dunelm as they have such a wide variety of items for your home and it'd so conveniently located in Staples Corner Retail Park so you can park for free in the car park directly outside the store 10/10 Highly Recommended
