Full marks for the engineer who surprised us by calling us he is coming in 15 minutes when I was told when booking that he is not available till afternoon . He fixed the washing machine problem easily in 15 minutes professionally and left with a smile behind his mask. I am impressed by his work. Living in this address for 35 years I have used your service before, purchased from your showroom and you are having a good reputation for goods and service, Searching online to compare with others your service is £20 higher .

We thought it was going to be an easy fix to mend the dishwasher. We had the element replaced, but we had ask the engineer to come back as the dishwasher had not been put back correctly and we were unable to open the door properly. we called them out again to fix that and then the dishwasher leaked everywhere. We had to call them back to try to fix why it was leaking everywhere. The engineer came back to fix leak and mentioned if the dishwasher leaked again - we would need to replace it. Yes the dishwasher leaked again and we have now replaced it. Overall the service from the engineer was good, he was polite, he knew his dishwashers and understood what we wanted. The customer service were helpful polite and courteous to our ongoing issue and did what they could to sort out the issue.

Initial repair call was good but we decided better to replace Washing Machine. New Machine ordered with Glotech but did not receive any confirmation. After various phone calls eventually sorted and new machine due to be fitted 6 Jan. It was though disappointing that we had to chase and initialy order could not be found.

My washing machine had a fault and needed to be repaired just before christmas during the COVID pandemic so not an easy time to get an engineer. Appointment booking was easy online with a telephone confirmation soon after. The engineer arrived on the day of the appointment and explained the problem and solution in easy terms. The machine was old and I was in need of a working machine so I declined the seasonal wait for repair/parts and purchased a new machine. No complaints about the service and the engineer was great.

Our engineer fixed the problem with my washer/dryer quickly on the first visit with no spare parts needed. He was very friendly and polite and called to let us know when he would be arriving. I would definitely recommend Glotech.

Engineer : Wassim Oven: Belling Formula XOU Problem: when I switched on the grill it cuts the electric and trip switch off Wassim opened the the part (At that time we both don’t know the model type of the oven) one by one examined. Finally found the problem and sorted out. He has to spend more time than usual but Glotech charge hasn’t been changed! Total cost that day was £95.43 this is included a light bulb he replaced. Wassim is brilliant he asked me next time if any problem he needed the model number. I found the model and the installation and user instructions now if I had the future problems! Because Glotech is so good and so much in demand if you want to talk to them on the phone they have a good control and informing which number we are in the queue so that you can do other things rather than stay by the phone. I talked to Molly she is so patient and listened all the problems of the oven and noted carefully! You can also apply online provisional appointments. Then Glotech will call and give you the definite appointment! They are a well organised firm.

Unfortunately, he was unable to carry out a repair or provide a replacement. However, he took the oven out to my garage and connected another oven in my kitchen. He also pointed out that the microwave was eight years old .

After comparing four quotes we chose Glotech to supply and fit our new kitchen. They are local based, have a great selection of kitchen styles & colours, the price was competitive and Chris was always highly responsive. Once Chris even brought several sample doors to our house so that we could compare the colours. We are very happy with the end result despite a slight delay and a small hiccup during installation. The kitchen quality is great and after sale service was excellent. Being a bit of a perfectionist myself, I was very impressed with Chris' patience and attention to detail. I called out a Glotech technician to repair an old washing machine. Unfortunately, it was beyond economic repair, so the technician put me in touch with their sales department. After explaining the choices available, they were able to supply and fit a new washing machine within one or two days and they removed the old one. Glotech is a company I had never heard of but would certainly recommend and will be using again. Having decided on the fridge model I wanted I searched around for the cheapest price and Glotech was the best (a whole £60 cheaper than John Lewis). Delivery was arranged for my convenience by a friendly lady and the 2 hour time slot I was allotted was kept to. The delivery company were great, very careful and polite. They unpacked the fridge and took away all the packaging. All in all an excellent service.

The men who delivered the dryer were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Price-wise Glotech, offer their appliances at much more reasonable rates than other retailers. The delivery men unpacked the dryer, installed it and took away all the packaging - they were really helpful. The tumble dryer that we bought was at the best price I could find online. The delivery time was a little longer than stated but there was a bank holiday in the middle of it. The delivery company kept us well informed by text and email about their activities and so we were able to plan when we needed to be at home to accept delivery. I looked at my 'Which?' recommendation for the latest condensing tumble dryer and Glotech was listed amongst other suppliers, infact came out on top price-wise so those two factors made for the best and easiest purchase. A really helpful delivery service gave me a two hour delivery window with five days notice - the best service i've ever had Even better the Bosch condensing dryer came unpacked and pristine, the old one taken away for a reasonable £11 and got it working straight away. I'd be pleased to choose from Glotech anytime on that basis.

We bought a fridge freezer from glotech. Glotech themselves were very good and the product arrived in looking perfect and is working well so far. However, they use an a poor delivery courier called 2md ltd who failed to turn up two times on the scheduled delivery date. They courier also tried to overcharge us on the delivery saying it would take three people to carry the lift to our flat when it only took two people. Glotech, did refund me the full delivery cost, however, this did not compensate for my lossed earnings. I would use Glotech again if they changed their delivery courier, otherwise I would not.

I bought a white Bosch kettle from Glotech. It's described as white but I would call it cream. It tends to boil for about 10 seconds too long before switching itself off. The spout is too small to comfortably fill through. It's a best buy in the Which guide so overall I can just about recommend it. Glotech were easy to deal with

I ordered a New Miele Dishwasher Ref:- G6100SCi prior to its official release date of the 1st Oct (Tuesday) - Glotech phoned me to say that the dishwasher would be delivered on the Friday, the next day another call to confirm time of delivery, which was arranged for between 7 am an 9 am. Received a call from the delivery van on the friday morning saying that they would be arriving at 7.50 am. The dishwasher was unpacked placed in the kitchen, old machine taken for disposal and all finished before 8am. What better service can you want - I highly recommend Glotech Ltd. By the way the new Miele dishwasher is excellent. We always try to buy Miele products because of the quality and reliability.

A lot of bragging on their website. Most of the 99% next day claims must be those who buy goods. Unfortunately for repairs not so quick. I called on the 23rd of Oct when my machine went wrong. Didn't get it fixed until today the 7th. 8am to 12. Man came at 11.45am That's a long time to have a machine out. 4 kids, 3 with learning difficulties didnt make any difference to this company. Had to use them as they are one of the few samsung registered repairers. Not overly impressed.

Item as described. However, the delivery company they use as not very good as they only provide a delivery timeslot the morning of the delivery (after I have left for work). Therefore missed the delivery the first time and then had to take the day off work as the second time they day before I still had no idea when the item would arrive. This is extremely inconvenient for anyone who works - to provide a three hour timeslot on the morning of the delivery is not acceptable. In future I will try and use a company that does not use this delivery company as I cannot be using my holiday allowance to wait at home for deliveries.
