Nice shopping 🛍 a lots of festive stuff especially for Christmas 🎅 price are reasonable. You can buy for your whole family any gift 🎁 and Christmas presents for any age. You can treat yourself 🧖‍♀️ and your family and home 🏡 for this new year. Parking space has enough bays. Number of tiles are ok and you don’t need to wait for payment. Most of sales advisers are polite, nice and friendly and helpful, I recommend for Londoner to go and visit John Lewis in Brent Cross shopping 🛍 center,

The kindest and most helpful staff I have seen in ages. You can see that the shop is understaffed but the people I managed to speak to made my evening. We didn’t manage to find the dress that was sold out online but all three members of staff were really determined to find it. Thank you Mara (I hope I got the spelling right) and the other young lady and young man (I’m really sorry but I didn’t ask their names) for all your help and kindness today!

One of my favourite shops and we buy all our electrical goods and ocational furniture. But the restraunt service is very slow and noisey. Also they have always had a very good fabric for upholstery samples but regrettably no knowledgeable staff to help that is if you can find one.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING & PROFESSIONAL service received by the Customer Service Staff!!! Rather than making a customer feel like an inconvenience when an issue arises, customers are greeted with a warm and friendly smile (whereby they did not simply do the minimum), by checking the issue experienced (but they went above & beyond the call of duty) and completed multiple checks on a variety of other IT matters. The member of staff had absolutely no issues regarding the time taken to resolve the issue and was more concerned that I was happy with my purchase and the service received!! In addition, further instructions were printed in order to improve the performance, which did NOT involve desperately trying to sell other products or services!! Other companies could learn alot from John Lewis staff at Brent Cross!!

The Store is located in the Brentcross Shopping Centre. The Store has a good selection of brands in the various departments throughout the Store. The ground floor is where the Cosmetics Beauty Brands Concessions is located, and is smaller area than expected.

Dependable store that's been around for a long time. Excellent warranties on electrical products - give 2 yr warranties as standard compared to 1 yr in other stores. Big choice of goods - whether clothes, homewares, kitchenwares, school uniforms, electricals, curtains, fabrics, white goods and many more. Excellent customer service. Deliver to home, and also take away old items (eg. White goods) for a charge. Recommended!

Had a lot of sale items still, so worth a look for end of season items. New season Autumnal clothes as well in most concessions. In fact more stock than most other shops in Brent Cross. Staff eager to help and all eager to help if you have any queries. Go early to avoid crowds. Most people had masks on so felt quite safe. Pleasent experience.

I just adore coming to shop in Brent Cross especially John Lewis. Everything I need is here from clothing to beautiful home furnishing . I have always been a loyal fan of John Lewis Partnership. In fact, 40 years ago worked one summer holiday at John Barnes. My better half wanted a new perfume, wasn't until we arrived at 1st floor - Brent Cross the perfume department to select/find one, how unchanged this experience was. Choosing by sniffing the desired fragrance made buying via internet a no no. Eventually with the help of a young lady we ended up with a couple of fragrances. Good....job done. However, left me wondering if this experience could be updated - perhaps more like the duty free at Heathrow!

A lovely shop. Multi-storey. You will virtually find everything in there. From clothes, shoes, handbags, cosmetics, kids department with Clark’s, furniture, electronics, kitchenware, perfumes, sport gear, toys, All sort of famous and high class brands & even a Plate to eat on the top floor. Service can be a little slow, especially on weekends as some staff tend to chat to each other at the tills. But they are mostly friendly and helpful. I bought some bedding, some of which was faulty and which was exchanged without much of a fuss when returning it.

I've shopped here for a very long time. The service is always good and the staff are always polite. I was looking for some Jabra ear buds and the guy that helped me was a specialist. I got Jabra 65t elites. They are by far the best earbuds I have bought. They were very cheap and I'm so pleased with the purchase.

This is one of the largest stores in Brent Cross; the others are, Fenwick and M&S. Good service. It was a weekday afternoon, so I cannot comment on how good service will be on a weekend when there's likely to be a lot more customers. I bought a mobile phone on this occasion and was pleased to receive an extra year's warranty. The price was no more than what was being asked for on Amazon, but the sellers on Amazon had the standard one-year warranty. Their website prices are up-to-date, but the store prices are well out-of-date. The phone I wanted to buy was being displayed at £499 in the store but was £350 on their website. A good way to lose sales in their stores.

I would like to say a big thank you to the 2 women who were looking after the women's fitting room this afternoon in the Brent Cross store. They were doing an amazing job of ensuring that hand sanitiser was used as we entered and then they were cleaning the number of item tags after we had finished. The choices of items has been reduced over the years and the quality of some products are not the same but some how more expensive. From the 70's to the millennium you was guaranteed to everything in store and all good quality. I am very disappointed to what John Lewis has become.

We really like this John Lewis. It has free parking and it’s bigger than the Westfield one. The sale section is normally bigger than Westfield one too. It’s also only 10 min drive away from Bang Bang oriental food hall. So convenient.

The older lady with glasses and dark hair behind YSL beauty counter is amazing, I found her very friendly, helpful & complimentary! I brought a mascara set for my aunt and she was lovely! Lifetime of buying John Lewis products. Always been very happy. However electrical installations not so good. Delivery boys pleasant but did not fit new washing machine correctly. Caused leaks, shaking pipe. Had to call in plumbers to fit it correctly. Not happy about that as I already paid for this fitting in the purchase. Hope that John Lewis will train the staff more as they told me they only get basic training and do not know how to do anything too complicated even when setting up new tv's, they cannot demonstrated all the features. 😱

It is quite a nice place for shopping and busy too. The different aisles are arranged in close proximity with each other especially kitchen and make- up. I have always found the staff very helpful and smiling. There is always somebody easily approachable on the shop floor.Parking space is enough to cater to many. With the Underground at a stone's throw and the Bus station very close, it is good to pop in every now on then for bargains. We went for a little activity of painting bags or T-shirts for children. About 4_5 staff members were supervising, extremely patiently. There was no agitation or impatience as this is out of the normal routine affair. Don't be intimidated. Do visit!!

A decent range of products at a sensible price band. sometimes there's the odd few experiences that aren't as perfect as others. But almost always it's a perfect shopping experience. Prices of items are higher than you would pay online but the John Lewis guarantee often makes it worthwhile- especially on large goods or electrical items. Helpful staff & good customer service. Big store, lots of products, almost always in stock too, which helps! So why only 3 stars? Every time I've had been approached by a member of staff or gone to ask them a technical detail about a product (eg: what's the power output of this Bose speaker) they don't know. Some of them will pull out their phone and start checking the website while I'm stood there. I understand they can't know everything but if they are there, they should at least know the basics!

Always like using John Lewis for the outstanding customer care and attention. Here the criticism of JL being slightly pricey but on electrical equipment you often get a 2 maybe 3 year guarantee thrown in. We bought a Fisher & Paykel fridge freezer, slight issue and JL sorted us out in a couple of days. My daughter got something from Amazon which was awful so I went to JL to get her something that worked properly. We bought some really nice soup bowls there today and really chuffed with our purchase. The sales assistant on the ground floor took real care to wrap and protect them Superb service and our shop of choice

My wife and I had a nersury appointment with Sami today, which was fantastic. She was so informative and honest, what a great service you offer and carried out at a very high standard. Customer service was lacking compared to other stores. The price match they offer is really hard to get and you might as well skip it and go directly or use amazon. The store it self has a good selection of options, however i found the design of the store to not to be so good. However its okay to check out if your already there.

There is nothing that you can’t find in that amazing department store, consistent of whole 5 floors, filled with all the things you can imagine from groceries, clothing, homeware to beauty products and electrical appliances. Prices are reasonable and quality is great! And as sweet reward after you have done some good shopping, you may go to the café at the top floor and enjoy a great view!

One of our favourites stores of this chain, always supremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy to get around, dedicated parking area for loading, nice fresh dishes in "The Place to Eat".

John Lewis staff are all business owners, so they are personally involved with the success of the firm. Because of this, rather than minimum wage ignorance the staff exemplify knowledge of their products. Although undeniably expensive, you get high quality for a competitive price. Their phrase "Never knowingly undersold" is apt. On this occasion we were looking for curtains. Whilst in the shop I also bought an incredibly expensive but also beautiful chopping board. We also had lunch for two.

Went for a variety of reasons and most items I sourced easily but the sizing on the children's footwear on the rack was a shambles. I normally shop at the John Lewis in Welwyn Garden City and I think I will continue to do so as I prefer it.

Great luxury hot chocolate in the cafe but they forgot my marshmallows. And although the the strawberry tart was good, the plates & sauces all stank. I went to take a new.one thinking it was mine but allllll of them smell reallyyy bad. I suppose it has to do with their dishwasher or tea towels.
