I found this and contacted this company at 10pm and had a wonderful, polite and professional electrician at our place at 9h30am to fix our washing machine. Loved the communication and service provided and would definitely use them again!

Used them to fix my washing machine which will not drain. Prompt service and arrived punctually but they refused to do the job initially because my washing machine and tumble dryer are stacked. However they sent out another engineer who was prepared to do the job. Very professional

I have had the pleasure of having to use this firm twice (successfully) within a week, firstly for a dishwasher and secondly for a washing machine. On both occasions, Val the Engineer was excellent - polite and courteous and completely transparent with regards to identifying the problem parts, together with fix and cost required. Both were jobs completed on the same same - the second one requested and completed same day. I cannot fault the service and highly recommend this team, Val in particular. Always takes care and goes the extra mile with regards to any work required around the fitted units supporting the appliances - with no complaints.

Outstanding Service. Glad I came across JTService LTD Book online, fill the form, received a text within 25 min, confirmed slot for the same day after 6.00pm Engineer arrived within the time frame stated and was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He had a part on him so he fixed my washer dryer on the same visit, price for the repair was very reasonable too as I had been quoted much higher by other local repair company. Good experience, the engineer took his time to understand the problem and fixed it without changing any parts. He had a thorough check to assess that the problem was fully resolved and also made us aware that if the same fault reoccured in the next 6 month they would come and fix it for free. Very polite and helpful. The service is good and well priced. I would happily used them again.

Found JTService repair company on Google,at first I hesitate to contact but I needed my appliance repaired ASAP Engineer arrived on time,take time to diagnose the fault approximately15-20 min and further 20 min to repair They charged only £63,00 including the part and one year guarantee. I found it through Google to fix my washer dryer (dryer part does not work but I had been ignoring this for years as I was hesitant of the idea of getting expensive engineer to fix it). I got a prompt text back from JT eventhough it was 9pm, for booking the next day. The engineer was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and fixed the problem no fuss. And affordable as promised. Very happy the dryer works now I definitely recommend them and wished I called a long time ago!

Brilliant Service. I rang with an issue with my fridge freezer. Engineer came round in two hours time and fixed it, replaced a defrost heater, he got a part in his van. I just amazed how quickly they can operate. Brilliant service I would definitely recommend and use JT Service again.

Booked as a freezer was playing up (4 year old zanussi) . Managed to book for the next day which was great . He turned up on time wearing a mask (due to covid of course ). I saw him take the freezer apart thoroughly and spent approx 50-60mins on this. Was very polite and freezer is bank to normal. He explained it would take 24hrs for freezer to get back to normal. Happy with the service.... So 5 🌟

Quick response from Angelina when we pinged JT having found them via Google search. This was late evening so pleased to be able to get the repair booked in. We had a defective fan oven. 4 stars because whilst we had described the problem with our fan oven thr engineer didnt have the necessary part so a return visit was required. Transparent on the part pricing (I'd had a look on espares). Return visit easily scheduled. Overall charge reasonable.
