So happy with the service from London Appliances! Ordered a fridge freezer on Thursday (which has been out of stock in most places) arrived today, Sunday with no hassle at all. Received a text the evening before delivery with a time slot then was also called before they arrived. Delivered to our 2nd floor flat with no issues, even unpacked it and made sure it was in perfect condition! Very pleased as we have been searching for this particular fridge for months. After being let down by Currys on so many levels ( not all of them ) I decided to purchase a Samsung fridge freezer Frost Free( RB29FWRNDBC) From Mark's electrical. Listen everyone this fridge/ freezer is AMAZING. Further it has been recommended by WHICH And has a warranty for 10 years...Also it comes with 5years labour and parts...I was amazed at these guys as I only ordered on the Sunday and they delivered at the right time on Tuesday...I received a text confirming what time they would arrive and they did...I live in Telford and they came from Leicester. Excellent Service- Highly Recommend! I ordered a new Indesit Washer Dryer at an extremely competitive price which i am very happy with. Omar and Hamza were outstanding and their customer service skills were excellent- they informed me they were 20 minutes away which was very useful as i am working from home at the moment on lots of zoom meetings etc. They then delivered my Washer Dryer without any fuss and installed it quickly and efficiently, and took away the old one, they were both extremely polite friendly and professional. .

I'm not exactly a customer, my estate agency manages the property I currently rent, these guys were quick from start to finish and had my oven replaced the day after my agency approved, although it took a week in total, I was extremely happy with their service and the mannerisms of the drivers. London's Spark I can't comment on all the negative reviews that have been left over 2 years ago. What I can say is the experience I have had more recently which echoes the more recent reviews. I needed a dishwasher quite urgently, so went on the hunt for one and decided on a Bosch, I researched quite well and originally bought from another company Marks Electrical. However I found that not only was their customer service mediocre at best, the item I had purchased was not coming back in stock, even though I was told it was pre-purchase. Upon further research I came across London Electricals and spoke with Adil who was very helpful and appliance knowledgeable. Quickly I found out that the family owned business was a sleeping giant across London providing large orders to trade organisations. I cancelled my order with Marks Electrical and ordered the same Bosch model with London Appliances which got delivered within 2 days. The team installed and quality checked the appliance before leaving. Now the most pertinent part came after. It's all about aftercare and service with me, buying an appliance or product is the easy part, it's the aftercare and peace of mind that matters the most. This is where London Appliances didn't disappoint. The dishwasher failed after 2 days and produced an E15 fault (anti flooding alert). Speaking with Bosch, the unit had flooded inside. I called London Appliances at 7am and they arranged an engineer the next day. Mr Shahid Mahmood came to have a look and using his expertise quickly identified that machine was faulty. He explained things very clearly and the appliance was swapped out at the same time. Will be on my list when I need something again aswell as let others know. Top customer service with a great ethos, may it continue IA.

Im not the type to leave reviews, but here I must. Bosch Washing Machine purchased from John Lewis, after many cancellations, damaged Washing Machine. I proceeded to place an order with LA. Delivery booked for Monday 7th. I get a call to say, we can deliver the next day, I accepted. The following Morning, two happy chaps came and installed my Machine. Had a very old fridge freezer that went faulty, was integrated so worried about buying a new one that didn’t fit correctly, especially considering this is something you rarely do with all the pre-built wood work. Gentlemen at Bethnal Green took model number and gave me assurance that it was a standard size (had a wealth of knowledge & easily advised, felt more confident with him compared to other suppliers after having phoned around a few). So purchased a new fridge freezer but was still a little worried about the install, but it went very well. About two days later had doors reversed and the fridge freezer installed in very little time. Very efficient & great service.

Update: 2021 We replaced our Cooker last month and London Domestic appliances Bethnal Green was again our first choice. They were once again very helpful and managed to deliver and install the new cooker for us the next day, taking away the old cooker as well. Taking all precautions re-Covid. The level of service was of the same high standard as before, keeping us updated by text. No extra hidden charges from the original quoted price. The Hotpoint cooker duel oven which was recommended as the best for the price we were looking to buy at, is excellent and worth it. They did not try to up-sale and showed me a range of cookers in my price range. I will and do still recommend them based on my excellent experience with them. IA ....................................... Ten years ago I bought all my domestic appliances from London Domestic appliances Bethnal Green. I bought a Cooker, Washing Machine and Fridge freezer, in that time I have not had any problems with any of the appliances. It is only this year that the fridge and washing machine have finally given up, and when it came to where to go to buy a new fridge freezer and washing machine London Domestic appliances Bethnal Green was my first choice and they did not disappoint. They gave me an excellent range of choices all within the price bracket that I gave and never tried to “only upsell” or “hard sell”. The two owners make you feel very welcome and let you know that they will do their best to find something that will suit your needs. Pros: Excellent customer service. Grate Prices. They have an excellent understanding of the products that they are selling and are able to explain the differences without using a lot of “jargon”. For a small fee they will take away your old appliances and fit the new one. No Hard Sell. Make you feel confident in your buying choice. Delivery and fitting day is agreed on before you buy. Initially I went to a major High Street store to buy a washing machine and tumble dryer at the start of December. The staff were fine but they were going to charge for delivery and they didn't have any convenient delivery times, so I looked elsewhere. I'd heard that Domestic appliance had a good reputation so I went there. Managed to get the same washing machine and a similar spec dryer for a lower price and with prompt delivery - on a Saturday too. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, and great price. I needed a dishwasher too, but this was going to be complicated as I needed to modify a kitchen larder cupboard - but LDA have professional kitchen fitters who were able to do it. They did a great job, at great price - see after and before images. (Incidentally my new oven which came with my house wasn't working properly so I contacted the manufacturer. It turns out that they use LDA as their repair agents, which was pretty reassuring, so they fixed that too.) Great sales staff, kitchen fitters, engineers, and delivery and installation guys. Manager great too. Have to admit, I wasn't expecting the service to be as good as the major chain stores but it was actually much better. So if you're looking to buy any big household appliances/white goods go to LDA Just noticed I've used the word 'great' quite a few times, but I'll use it once more... Thoroughly recommended. A great team.

I really like this shop. My whole family goes here. The staff are super friendly and professional. Very wide selection of items and the advice is on point. Now, why only 4 stars? Well it's to do with the fitters. I understand that time is money but when you install place double check everything before you leave. It's not nice to make the customer have to phone and Redbook an appointment to put something right. But to be fair this is all based on the experience I had. Overall: amazing shop and staff. A little bit more attention to details needed when fitting but in all amazing.

Quick, easy and accurate purchase of a washing machine. A follow-up call to confirm order details (and offer an extended warranty). Delivery was as arranged with a notification 24 hours before to a 3 hour window, and 30 minutes before with their ETA. The only downside was a glitch in their email system meaning I got 5 copies within 5 seconds of an email trying to sell an extended warranty.

Once again we have bought an appliance from domestic appliance. We have been using them since the early 80’s. We always shop round before we buy but they are always competitive and they have the appliances in stock. Not like the large high street retailers who take your order and then make you wait for a week or more for delivery. Our fridge freezer died on Boxing Day and it was full of food so a replacement was needed urgently. We need a larger than average model and they are not easily available but once again they had what we wanted and it was in stock. We ordered our new fridge freezer from them at 9.10am on 27th December. As we were going out for the day we arranged delivery for when we returned at 4.30 on the same day. The delivery arrived at exactly 4.30 as arranged. The delivery men were polite, pleasant and very friendly and they took away our old appliance Problem solved. domestic appliance really do have the now rare attitude of “The customer comes first.” Excellent service and a pleasure to spend your money with.

Went the extra mile.. We had our washing machine delivered but on unpacking noticed the door surround was broken, actually finding a piece in the bottom of the packaging. We immediately contacted LDA (their main phone number) and spoke to an amazing Gentleman, I didn't catch his name. After explaining everything she phoned us back EXACTLY when she promised and completely took care of everything. She ordered a replacement, facilitated the swap and even organised fitting the new one for our trouble. The only unfortunate thing was waiting another couple of days. He did say she had one at a local store where he could get it for us to collect (with assistance) should we need it sooner. He was just unable to get it delivered. Personally I really don't think they could of done any more and I would definitely recommend to everyone. May I say many, many thanks again to the Gentleman for his hard work in sorting this all out. A neighbour suggested that I go to London Domestic Appliances on Bethnal Green Road (and I'm so glad I went). I was there for a good hour... I had a small budget and quite specific needs. Aadil was brilliant. And I mean brilliant - If I have a company I would persuade him to join... he was patient, very knowledgeable about the products, double checked the specifics of every product to ensure they were exactly what I wanted, listened to my requirements and not once tried to oversell or stretch me beyond my budget. I was able to buy a really good cooker and cooker hood - at great prices (I'd done my research before arriving), as well as fair installation fees... and no charge for recycling/uninstalling my current cooker. I've already told all my friends about the shop. And an added bonus... I was able to sign up for a repayment scheme with 0% interest. Aadil took the time to get all my credit checks done which involved a few unexpected credit checks. Can I please make a suggestion to the management? I think Aadil definitely needs a bonus... if he hadn't been so professional and honest I would have walked out after a few minutes. And searched online. Great customer service :)

I am currently in the midst of doing my kitchen and was in need of appliances. IKEA has been my go to for the cabinets but even with their five year guarantee on their kitchen appliances, I was not too happy with their prices and quality. I don't usually write reviews on Google, this is the first. I would like it be as helpful to others as well as outlining my process with LDA so far. I have spent just over £2500 on appliances and will update this review at the following stages: 1) Pre-order Process, 2) Delivery Process and 3) Quality of appliances when fitted and 4) Six months after having used the appliances (This is more to do with the quality of the products). Products I bought: Burner Hob: PCS7A5B90 5 BURNER GAS HOB Combination Microwave: SERIE 8 HBC84H501B Oven: SERIE 6 HBA63B150B Extractor Fan/Chimney Hood: Samsung NK36M5070BS/UR 90cm Fridge: Hotpoint HS1801AA Freezer: Hotpoint HF1801EFAA Dishwasher: Will buy once I have more money. 1) Pre - Order Process: I decided to go to LDA on a recommendation where Aadil, the sales assistant went through my kitchen plan and recommended appliances that were of top quality. He had asked me a couple of questions to get a feel for my budget and taste of style, then moving on to choosing appliances that suited me. Aadil had great knowledge of the appliances on the market and we spoke about each appliance in detail to meet my needs and most importantly my wallet. I left with a list of appliances that I then researched and was told that if I find a better price elsewhere, LDA would match it. I came back a few days later at around 7.45pm(15 mins before closing time) and Aaadil stayed till about 9pm going through my choice of appliances and matched every price I had found elsewhere. Overall I was very happy that he stayed behind, went through all the prices and details of the guarantees, most importantly beating prices of other shops and websites. 2)Delivery Process: I had asked Aadil to deliver at a date where I was home, around 4 days after purchasing. He said since it was 9pm and the office was closed, he would either call or email me the following day. The next day I received a phone call from Aadil confirming delivery for the day I had asked for. I've many a time had to phone or a company or shop to find out about my order and so appreciated that a phone call was firstly placed by LDA and that he kept me updated on my order. Update on delivery (All appliances delivered): Okay so I have now received all my appliances now and very happy with the delivery process. I had recived all my appliances besides the freezer on the day I had requested (around 4 days after purchasing). The freezer was out of stock on their website and I knew I had to wait for this as it was mostly out of stock across all online stores, Aadil kept in communication during the 2 weeks I had to wait for the freezer to arrive. I ordered my dishwasher once I had more funds available and it is confirmed to be delivered 2 days after purchase. Overall I found the delivery process very good, the freezer was something I had stressed over as it was out of stock but due the communication with LDA, It helped knowing Aadil was doing his job and chasing up a delivery for me from Hotpoint. Sorry for any spelling mistakes above, writing this while marking books of my students.

My review may be slightly biased, as the company I work for order a lot from LDA for all our managed properties. When my oven broke down, I gave Aadil a call on a Sunday to order an oven. Come Monday, before I left for work, Jeremy and Phil installed my new oven in no time. As I mentioned before, I expected this level of service due to the amount of business we do together. I was recommended to Adil and his team as I was left completely let down by a company that I had dealt with for 4 years. I was about to move in to a new house and required a fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer totalling over £2000. I bought a fridge freezer and it arrived 2 days later damaged. Thankfully it was replaced the following day. However, a large amount of plastic and polystyrene packaging was dumped on the recycling bins. I phoned and was assured they would return and remove it. They did not and I had to remove it myself. My friend recently bought a new house and needed all new appliances for his kitchen. The guys in the shop popped over to give a free and detailed site survey. Measured the spaces in the kitchen and simply said visit us when you are ready to select. To be honest we went to curry's but they didn't seem too bothered if we bought from them or not and they told us we must wait a week for delivery and pay for delivery! We visited LDA once more and purchased a Gas Hob, Extractor, Gas Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer and Fridge Freezer. We later also found that later they would deliver and unpack all items for free too! On top of that they even took away an old appliance from the house for free. They also organised a Gas safe engineer to come over to fit the Gas Hob, Gas Cooker and Extractor. I am going back later on to buy my Frost Free Freezer! Spent well over £2k in this establishment. Hope and pray others do too as we need shops like this on our high street's!

I apologies in advance, my reviews are always long,thorough and truly representing of a business. I live in Chelmsford, with 2 frail parents living in Bethnal Green. I am at times unable to provide assistance, when they take in a delivery. 18/10/2018 - My Father called to say his washing machine had broken down. I was unable to visit and organise a delivery of a new appliance. Later on the same day, I contacted LDA who according to Bosch were less than a 100 yards from my parents house. I explained, the complexity of the issue along with the specific access arrangements, which I will not bore you with. 20/10/2018 - LDA arrived at exactly the time they advised, my father required an exact time as opposed to a timed window, due to my mother being bed bound and having constant visits by the hospitals nurses. LDA moved 2 large wardrobes, obstructing the entrance and proceeded to install the new machine. The drivers were not rushing, and according to my father, slowed right down when seeing the situation both my parents were in I called in to the shop, offering extra money, as the job they carried out was well beyond any companies line of duty. The salesman politely declined, and said we do not take tips, as great service is free. I have ordered from other well established organisations, but have not received service of such. I will be posting out a small gift of goodwill, for you to give to your drivers. Please also forward my best regards.
