S. M.After being let down by another company we contacted these guys to see if they could come out and have a look at our broken washing machine door.
Leigh gave us a call and was absolutely brilliant to deal with. We explained to him that we’d tried to fix the door handle/latch ourselves but it still wasn’t working correctly.
Leigh then called us via video call and took a look at the issue virtually, asking us what we’d done to replace the parts and attempting to troubleshoot it for us. He gave us some excellent tips which we used as soon as we were off the video call and meant that we were able to use to fix the problem ourselves!
After being without a washing machine for almost two weeks we were so relieved to be able to talk to someone who was willing to help without wanting to charge us an arm and a leg (we haven’t got paid anything for his excellent advice!). Thank you so much Leigh, really appreciate your help!
