Exceptionally knowledgeable staff and an array of products on display. If wanting appliances a must go to place.

I had some issues with my Vacuum cleaner, called customer services and told them about the issues, the customer service representative told me to do some test on the vacuum cleaner while she was on the phone which I did. She told me the issues should be solved after the test, and she told me to call back if it doesn’t. I felt bit weird because I knew the vacuum cleaner is faulty. I expected her to arrange for a engineer visit. After a day I called customer services again and representative was more helpful,and she arranged for currier to pick up the vacuum cleaner. They took two weeks to deliver the vacuum back to me. but I was very happy, because they replaced all the old accessories which was faulty with the new accessories. Very happy with the service at the end. Thanks Miele.

Excellent engineer who was helpful, very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed doing. Thank you Barry Roberts. Miele might be a pricey servicing solution but with 12 months parts and labour, is it really? The machines work so well I think it's worth it.

If you want quality and long durability go for Miele. German engineering at its best. Their vacuum cleaner comes with a ten year warranty.

Good appliances, but appalling, unacceptable after service and customer service - 30 minutes waiting on the phone, listening to their recording message, but no one comes. Impossible to order the vacuum part on line, as their website is very limited showing complete range of accessories and parts.
