Richer Sounds is, as an entity, one of the most incredible brands I've ever met, even across the world. I have shopped with them for more than 8 years now, across various departments, for gifts and for myself, and I remain constantly surprised and amazed by the excellency of their service. The level of customer support I've received from them remains to this day unmatched, in ANY circumstance. Today, I want to praise Corina, Dan and Mak from the Southgate branch for their wonderful service and support. They continued, superbly, the tradition I have always met at Richer Sounds branches that a problem always has a solution, and brought attentively forward. Without going into the specifics, I had a long lasting issue (due to the manufacturer of the product) and they offered an unprecedented care and solution to it, in the most simple, elegant and helpful manner I have ever seen. There is nothing I could be more satisfied about. I am pretty certain when I say that I will never, ever, hesitate to buy any electronics I would need for myself or others through them. I have recommended their services to many, and will continue to do so, again and again. I don't even care if Amazon or any other shops were less expensive on an item, not only you can discuss with them but the level of warranty and added service you get is beyond this world. It makes you remember what the world of commerce could be before fast-tracks and anything on the cheap. What can I say...Lovely TV and great customer service. I was served by Dan who was super helpful in answering the 100 questions I had on the LG and Sony TV. Finally, after going through the specs in detail, I managed to decide between the two and with Dan’s help purchased the LG TV. In addition, I thought I may not get this item delivered to me before the New Year as I purchased it today, but Dan and his colleague Mark kindly made time after work and hand-deliver this item straight to my doorstep on the same day! What a great service from both, having to make time to deliver this in person. Cannot wait to get this TV up and running and start enjoying the many features and experiences this TV will bring. Have sourced most of my big ticket AV kit from richer sounds southgate for a while now and its easily the best store around. After refurbishing our house I wanted to lock down a 75 inch Samsung the Frame before Christmas and they kept it for me for two months before delivery which was much appreciated. Staff and management are always there to help out and resolve any issues. Thanks to Corina for all the advice and help. Customer service is second to none. I would never buy a TV anywhere else simply the best service going. Highly recommend.

Went to the Southgate shop just before they closed. Was quickly served by Tommy who recommended the best projector for my needs. He was nice, attentive, quick and entusiastic. The projector was in stock and I took it same day, and at same price (if not cheaper) than you can find it online. Much better than ordering from internet retailers! Just bought a Yamaha soundbar from Richer Sounds in Southgate, London. I spoke to Dan who was extremely helpful. He gave me a fantastic price, better than anywhere else. He explained what extras were needed and the 6 year guarantee is only 10% of the purchase price. Even better, if you don't claim, you get all your money back! I also bought a LG TV a month ago. Always had a great experience with richer sounds and this time was no different. Dan at southgate was exceptional, so helpful and friendly, price matched another retailer on the exact TV set I was looking for and got it ordered over the phone with no issues. Purchased another TV from richer sounds 3 years before too which unfortunately ran into some issues lately and the customer service got it fixed under warranty with ease, proving the 6 year included guarantee with TVs is no joke. With the guarantee and service offered, definitely my first choice for TV purchases.

I ordered at the last minute (well 48 hours beforehand) a set of wireless KEF Speakers and stands (which I was told by other suppliers would take up to two weeks to arrive) as a present for my husband.
